Vi har ett hus i en vacker, bekvÀmligheter fylld gemenskap Emerald Lakes i Long Pond PA.

Huset ligger i en privat ÄtervÀndsgrÀnd pÄ en sjö. Du har din egen privata tillgÄng till den. Det finns ingen livrÀddare i tjÀnst, sÄ du simmar pÄ egen risk;) Fiskeregeln: fÄnga och slÀppa. Den har en vacker bakgÄrd med en vacker utsikt över sjön. Det finns en uppsÀttning gungor och en glid i bakgÄrden, sÄ barnen kan ha lite kul dÀr;)

Huset erbjuder 6 sovrum och 2 fulla bad (sÀngklÀder tillhandahÄlls. Badlakan och strandhanddukar ingÄr ej). 4 sovrum ligger pÄ övervÄningen och tvÄ ner pÄ bottenvÄningen (halv kÀllare) med ett öppet koncept vardagsrum / lekrum. BÄda övervÄningen badrummen har en dusch / badkar kombination.

Huset Àr fullt utrustat. Den levereras med all nödvÀndig porslin och köksredskap. Det har en mikrovÄgsugn, brödrost ugn, kaffebryggare, DVD-spelare, Roku TV, internet, TV, spjÀlsÀng och barnstol. (det finns ocksÄ bÀrbar spjÀlsÀng i huset)

Huset Àr perfekt för 5 familjer med barn eller en grupp goda vÀnner.

Det ligger i ett privat samhÀlle Emerald Lakes, som erbjuder mÄnga bekvÀmligheter, inklusive tvÄ pooler (en uppvÀrmd inomhus och en utomhus), tennisbanor, basketplaner, klubbhus med bar / restaurang.
Emerald Lakes tar ut gÀsterna $ 5 / dag / person (över 6 Är) för anvÀndning av deras bekvÀmligheter eller $ 15 / vecka / person (över 6 Är)

Nice Place for a Weekend Getaway

We had a very nice weekend at this location. It is spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. The house is a little worn, but it is clean and all of the appliances worked well. Two very minor complaints: (1) the shower had some difficulty maintaining a steady temperature; and (2) it is a little annoying that we had to drive the garbage to the community disposal location (6 minutes each way). Overall, we highly recommend this rental, and we will definitely consider this location on our next Poconos trip.

Cozy and beautiful

As in our previous stay the house is very clean and organized in a very friendly and well organized community. This time we had a pleasure to enjoy more amenities within the community and were very happy. Fast communication with the owner. We had really amazing time!

Guys weekend 2022

Had a great time with friends. We fished the pond out back, row boat was perfect to get to the other side and fish where the docks couldn’t reach. Played golf at Split Rock as well. House had a well stocked kitchen as we prepared all of our meals. Plenty of beds for a large group. Overall had a great time and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Home

Annual Girl's Weekend

We had a terrific weekend with ten women. The sleeping situation was great. We all had our own bed. We cooked and had a fab dinner at the big table in the kitchen. The house is about 30 minutes from Jim Thorpe where we spent the day on Sunday. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a fun weekend with great friends.

Vacation

We had a great time staying here. The weather did not always cooperate, but the large table allowed us to play game together. The kids loved the freedom the kayaks gave them. The host was amazing at ensuring a pleasant experience.

Family Getaway

Great place to getaway with our family. The location on the pond was great. Nice spacious backyard that allowed for just hanging out. The kayaks were a big hit with everyone.

Family time at the Lakehouse

We are a family of 16. All different ages ranging from 4-64. Plenty of room to sleep with some to spare. The house is so accommodating to every one. Excellent communication with the owner. Easy Check in and out process. The lake is so refreshing. Not crowded. A Beautiful vacation.

perfect house for huge family who loves to enjoy the water with kayaking and boating.

This house is very good for family and ppl who loves boating, kayaking and stay out near home.. Owner of the house mr. Voytek is so reachable, honest and helpful. Outside color of house makes u think something strange but when u walk in, the house got everything from top to bottom.. very clean, many bed, many room and pool( snooker).. if you loves to cook food, enough enough enough utensils are there. We booked this house for 24 ppl but finally 23 of us.. we found this house amazing in everything..5 star 🌟 ⭐ ⭐ 🌟 🌟 location was superb ❀ we made good memories .. thank you Voytek

Poconos perfection

Our group of 20 had a wonderful winter’s weekend. The house was comfortable and had all the comforts of home, even a crib for the wee baby in our group. The owner was kind and responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
