INGEN PROFESSER VÄLKOMMEN !!!

Vi har ett hus i en vacker, bekvämligheter fylld gemenskap Emerald Lakes i Long Pond PA.

Huset ligger i en privat återvändsgränd på en sjö. Du har din egen privata tillgång till den. Det finns ingen livräddare i tjänst, så du simmar på egen risk;) Fiskeregeln: fånga och släppa. Den har en vacker bakgård med en vacker utsikt över sjön. Det finns en uppsättning gungor och en glid i bakgården, så barnen kan ha lite kul där;)

Huset erbjuder 6 sovrum och 2 fulla bad (sängkläder tillhandahålls. Badlakan och strandhanddukar ingår ej). 4 sovrum ligger på övervåningen och två ner på bottenvåningen (halv källare) med ett öppet koncept vardagsrum / lekrum. Båda övervåningen badrummen har en dusch / badkar kombination.

Huset är fullt utrustat. Den levereras med all nödvändig porslin och köksredskap. Det har en mikrovågsugn, brödrost ugn, kaffebryggare, DVD-spelare, Roku TV, internet, TV, spjälsäng och barnstol. (det finns också bärbar spjälsäng i huset)

Huset är perfekt för 5 familjer med barn eller en grupp goda vänner.

Det ligger i ett privat samhälle Emerald Lakes, som erbjuder många bekvämligheter, inklusive två pooler (en uppvärmd inomhus och en utomhus), tennisbanor, basketplaner, klubbhus med bar / restaurang.
Emerald Lakes tar ut gästerna $ 5 / dag / person (över 6 år) för användning av deras bekvämligheter eller $ 15 / vecka / person (över 6 år)

Området erbjuder många attraktioner inom nära avstånd från samhället: Crossings Outlets Shopping Mall, Camelback Skidor, Snowtubing Camelback, Kalahari Waterpark (bara 10 min bort !!!) Great relaxing home

Friends with young kids rented this house and had a great time . There was plenty of entertainment and a great outdoor play area for kids. I recommend this house for a stay

Beautiful Furnished Home!!

Great Property and Great Location! The owner worked with a group of 40+ to fit between 2 homes including this one. House was so beautiful and welcoming. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the owner was very easy to communicate with during the entire stay. Highly Recommend!!

Perfect house for a group!

We had such a wonderful time at this house, it was so clean when we got there which is super important to me. The owner was such a pleasure to work with too, so nice!!! He made it so easy. The house is right on the lake, great for fishing and it's only a 5 min drive down to the pool. I would highly recommend renting this house for a great vacation!

Great property for a large group

We got back from a three night stay on Sunday and everyone in our group had a great time. We had all age ranges and there was something for everyone to do. The lake with the boats kept the kids happy all day long. There are many attractions within 15 to 20 minutes. The house was very clean and there are lots of beds! Sitting around the fire pit at night was great. Would definitely recommend this property.

Annual Girl's Weekend

We had a terrific weekend with ten women. The sleeping situation was great. We all had our own bed. We cooked and had a fab dinner at the big table in the kitchen. The house is about 30 minutes from Jim Thorpe where we spent the day on Sunday. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a fun weekend with great friends.

Excellent place for a big group with little kids!

This waterfront property was an excellent choice for the group of 10 adults and 8 kids all under 8 years old. There are a lot of things to do with the kids on the property and around. Our husbands and kids went fishing somewhere not far from the house and caught a lot of trout. So we had an excellent fishing soup, grilled and fried fresh fish:) The house is stock up with everything you need. The host was excellent and very easy to communicate with. We are happy we found this property and hope to stay there in future. Thank you.

Nice weekend getaway

We rented this home for a weekend getaway for 4 lifelong friends and our families. The kids had a wonderful time on the pedal boat and exploring in the back yard, as well as with all the gaming tables downstairs. The bedrooms were sufficient for our needs - even had a crib for our baby which lightened our travel load. We were looking for a secluded, quiet area for a peaceful weekend and this area delivered. A highlight for us was seeing so many deer on their daily travels at dawn and dusk, as well as some visits from other adorable animals we don't see much of in our crowded, suburban town. The owner was great - stayed in touch to update us on any issues and answered all questions promptly. Overall, we had a nice time.

My family and I were very happy with our stay. Clean, well kept and alot of fun.

We had a great time. House was clean and very well kept.The owner responds immediately. He was courteous and extremely gracious. We had a beautiful view of the lake. We found an exellent restaurant a few miles away called Jubilee's that I highly recommend. There was a ton of activities for the kids in and outside the house. Great hiking trails all over the area. The owner even mailed some belongings that we had forgotten. I tried to pay him for the postage, he refused to accept any money. Great owner, great house, great trip. Looking forward to next year!

Fun Weekend, Plenty of Beds, Public Beach was Great

Had a great weekend in the Poconos with 12 of my friends! The house was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of beds for everyone. Voytek was very responsive over phone and email. Huge TV with the works was a big plus. Public beach/park area (20 minute walk) is a must see, had fun playing and enjoying the refreshing air. Not enough common space for everyone to sit at once but not an issue if people spread out between porch, downstairs, and kitchen. Few minor things were in need of repair around the house. Community rules for trash disposal are a little ridiculous.
