Charmig 3 sovrum helt ny lÀgenhet i en historisk byggnad.

LÀgenheten ligger pÄ en av Florens historiska platser: via Maggio, bredvid Pitti-palatset och den berömda Boboli-trÀdgÄrden, och det Àr bara nÄgra minuters promenad frÄn Ponte Vecchio.
Gatan i sig har alltid varit gatan för de antikaffÀrerna i Florens, men eftersom det bara Àr en kort promenad frÄn Santo Spiritos historiska torg, Àr omrÄdet omgivet av typiska lokala restauranger och av mÄnga andra butiker för varje typ av behov.

Slottet, Àven om det var mycket gammalt, tillhörde faktiskt Corsini-familjen fram till 1800-talet och sedan till Rosselli del Turco-familjen Àr det fortfarande under skyddet av Fine Arts, men har en modern hiss och lÀgenheten bibehÄller skönheten i en konservativ restaurering och ger alla bekvÀmligheter och bekvÀmligheter som vi idag skulle kunna göra utan nÄgonsin.

I lÀgenheten finns ett rymligt vardagsrum pÄ 40 kvm, en separat matsal med matbord för 6 personer och ett fullt utrustat kök.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng och ett badrum med eget badrum med dusch.
Det andra sovrummet har ocksÄ en king size-sÀng och bÄda sovrummen har originalritningar pÄ vÀggarna. Det finns ett andra badrum med en stor dusch.
PÄ loftet finns en annan king size-sÀng och ett badrum med eget badrum med dusch.

I lÀgenheten finns AC i alla rum, WIFI internetanslutning och det Àr 1292 kvadratmeter.

Renoveringen har avslutats i oktober 2013 sÄ lÀgenheten Àr helt ny och korrekt i varje detalj. Sedan dess har en extra venetiansk ljuskrona installerats i matsalen.

Very nice property. Looked like the photos. plenty of space to sit, watch TV, play games, visit, eat together. Nicely supplied kitchen. Close to plenty of restaurants. A short walk to Ponte Vecchio and locations in the city center. Very clean and bright. A bit of trouble contacting the property manager the day of arrival. But it eventually worked out. The city center has very strict rules about what vehicles can drive there. Be aware of how you plan to arrive at the property.

We were 3 adult woman and the space accommodated us well. It was spacious and clean. The location is perfect with multiple restaurants nearby. Pitti place is just a few minutes away. While we did not cook, the kitchen is fully equipped.

The host communicated well with me and went beyond what I believe most hosts would do to make sure we had a good experience. The place was large, comfortable, clean, and inviting. It was a unique place that added to the historical ambiance of Florence. I couldn’t have found a better place and was easy to get to the sites we planned to visit. We were met immediately upon arrival by the host’s associate who checked us in. Checkout was also simple. I can’t praise this property, host, and associate enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Really cool older building with both character and modern amenities. This apartment is quiet, well stocked, has comfortable beds and the AC worked well for us when needed. There is an elevator, but it's small. We usually took the stairs or took turns with the elevator. We walked everywhere from this location only needing a cab for when we went to Fiesole for dinner. We were a party of 4 and stayed for 4 nights.

We had a lovely stay in Florence at Francoise’s beautifully equipped apartment. It is a great location, not too close to the tourist areas while just a 20 minute walk from the train station. Beds were very comfortable and the main bath off kitchen has an extra spacious shower for Italy. Francoise was very responsive with all our needs.

Spacious and great location

Layout of the space is great. Big kitchen, and large rooms. No view to speak of, but we weren’t there to stay inside and look out, so that was fine. Elevator worked, but seemed a bit sketchy and like it could go out at any time
we made sure not to overload it with weight. Property manager communicated well and was helpful. We would stay here again.

Great location and wonderful hosts

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and very roomy. Our family of five was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked beautifully, which was a priceless benefit in July. The host was very thoughtful and flexible and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay! If we make it back to Florence, we will certainly book here again.

The most amazing apartment ever, perfect

Wow. Wow. Wow. This was such a gorgeous amazing apartment. Beautiful historic building, amazing interior decoration. Spacious. Perfect location—Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s across the river! It really is in an amazing part of town and the shortest most pleasant walk to everything. Right next to Pitti Palace and Boboli gardens as well. The apartment has everything you need. Has been the highlight of our multi-city Italian trip. Thank you so much to the owner/manager!!!

Nice location

Apartment was nice building was very old and had lots of character. We had what we needed for our stay. Thank goodness manager brought 3 fans for the bedrooms because air conditioner basically blew warm air. Great location.

Wonderful stay. The apartment accommodated all of us comfortably. It was unusually warm in Florence so the AC had trouble keeping us cool but we opened the windows at night and let the breeze come through. Francoise was a great host.

Large and Bright

This property is quite large and the beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pans, and dishwater. There was only one wine glass although there are plenty of other glasses to use. We love the location and the easy access to restaurants and attractions. The only thing we missed was an outside area or a window that had a view.
