This charming one bedroom & one bathroom apartment is located in a quiet area of Pacific Beach. It is a 4 minute walk to the sand and 7 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of PB. This apartment has new carpet, paint and small fixtures but old appliances that make for a quintessential beach living weekend. This unit is southern facing offering incredible daytime lighting that fills the living areas. Just 15 steps outside and youâll be looking at the Pacific.
