Relaxing

We really like Sugar Beach and the condo has everything you would need. The beds are very comfortable, the views from the balcony are the best. The only thing I would suggest is that the tvs need to replaced with smart tvs. See ya next year. TINA

The Commodore

We stayed at the Commodore & would give it a10 Elevators worked - room nice- large washer & dryer was great not like ones that wash & dry in same combo - great balcony for 2 bedroom with 2 bath which offers privacy

Down on the beach

Great location. Overall clean but the floors could use a good scrubbing. As we first came took our shoes off to relax and our feet turned dirt with just a few steps. Other than that everything was clean and enjoyable. We beach was double red flags the whole week but there is a pool just steps away from the room. There is all of the cooking essentials that you may need. Overall great stay!

Quick Getaway

This property was very clean and convenient to restaurants and shops. The beach and pool area were also clean. Definitely recommend for a quick getaway or family vacation.

Amazing property!!

This was one of the best condos we’ve stayed in at PCB. Check in and check out was smooth and the property owner was very prompt in answering all of my questions prior to and during our stay. The condo itself was immaculate and very comfortable in size for our family of four. It had a very large kitchen with all you need to cook and updated appliances including a very large refrigerator. The view was breathtaking with incredibly easy beach and pool access. We will most definitely be staying here again!!

Beautiful view, dirty condo

If you are looking for a quick cheap trip with a nice view this may be the place for you. However, you will want to be ok with cleaning it yourself of just be prepared to call for the cleaners to have to come back during your stay to clean again. My trip was last minute planned and I have a family owned home in Inlet beach which was occupied at the time so when I found this property it seemed like a good deal and beautiful place for a last minute booking. When I entered I went straight to the bathroom after a long drive to find somebody else’s poop smears left in the toilet. When I looked above me the ceiling panels were pushed over exposing pipes and whatever else was in the ceiling. There was dust on the toilets and countertop which I assume was because of the exposed ceiling. There were empty food wrappers on the ground and leftover Cheetos on the balcony. Cabinets in the kitchen were left open. Leaving for me to feel itchy upon arrival. It was 2 am when I arrived on my first night and I was in town partially for business so time got away from me before I was able to reach out. When I was able to finally reach out shortly before the end of the stay which was only 48 hours, I expressed my concerns prior to leaving a bad review as my desire was truly to not only rectify the issue for myself but also to make the company aware for the future. I was offered 10 percent off my next stay and I expressed why this doesn’t really work for me given the fact that I typically have a place to stay when I am in the area. I expressed that a refund on the cleaning fee would do. I was told they could not do that because they already paid the cleaners. I expressed that a refund for a portion of my stay then would suffice as I see they had done for another family who had the same issues however did not even reach out first prior to leaving a review. I was then met with opposition and told I could not have a refund or now not even the 10 percent off of my stay that was originally offered, I guess because I was just expressing myself further about the issue and being honest about why their resolution wasn’t consistent with what I told them about my needs as a paying visitor at their property. It seems as though this property has a fairly consistent issue with cleanliness which people seem to overlook because of perks like the view and location. However, if you also value excellent customer service don’t come looking for that either.

Our little piece of Paradise

We were very happy with the condo . The view was incredible . We even had friends come by that were interested in renting after they saw the place . It was comfortable and felt like home for the month .

Not Clean. No broom. Broken toilet.

1) On one of the documents we received, it states that unless we are staying at 3 other condos, our parking pass admission of $20 was included in our total price, but I had to still pay upon arrival. 2) We paid a pretty expensive cleaning fee… but when we arrived, the floors were filthy.. my daughters feet went from clean to black in seconds. 3) The toilet in the queen bed room was broke. TV was also not working. 4) There was no broom to sweep up the dirt and sand all over the floor. Fortunately, my dad is a carpenter and fixed your toilet. We also purchased a broom and dust pan, which we left in the condo. We also left the condo cleaner than it was when we arrived.

Very clean and exactly as described! Would definitely recommend and will for sure book again.

Condo felt like home as soon as we walked in. It was just me and my husband so plenty of room! Beds were comfy, living room was cozy, and balcony/view was perfect! 10/10

Nice location

Definitely one of the best units in the complex because it’s only up one flight of stairs to the second floor and it’s right on the beach. The condo needs some updating (a new mattress on the bed in the master, not just a foam pad over the old one) and we only had five bath towels for the week, but we enjoyed ourselves. The complex is pretty quiet and we had fantastic weather. We had an issue with the sliding glass door but they sent someone immediately to repair it.

Very pleasant stay

Everything was clean and neat. Decor was beachy as expected. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. View from deck and living room was great. Had a few maintenance issues that needed attention but did not affect our stay. Shower is small bedroom was really neat. Overall it was a great experience.

Very nice LARGE condo right on the Gulf. Great view!!! Very private.

Loved the location. Loved the size of the condo - it's huge! It was just two of us, but it was nicely spaced and decorated. Had a mishap with the Cleaning Service - they hadn't come, but once we notified the property manager, they were there within an hour and did a great job. Beach access code didn't work, but she was responsive and got it corrected within an hour. Windows and window treatments need a little TLC; have rusted due to the salt air. It was such a beautiful few days, I wanted to open the windows and feel the gulf breeze. Balcony worked just fine, though. Will definitely rent again. Thanks for sharing your piece of heaven.
