Underbara, vackert inredda Craftsman-bungalow från 1917 i premiärvandringsområdet i Seattle - teatrar, restauranger, shopping och mer shopping, parker och vandringsleder; nära busslinjer till centrala Seattle, Seattle Art Museum och Seattle Center och Sound Transit-tågen; nära tulpanfält och färjor till San Juanöarna och historiska områden norr om Seattle; Mt. Rainier och Mount St. Helens är en dagstur; tyst bostadsområde med massor av gatuparkering. Koppla av på utsidan uteplatsen för en lugn tid, njut av en kort promenad till en av stadsdelarna eller restaurangerna (sushi, italiensk, japansk, thailändsk, vegetarisk, fusion, pizza, etc., etc.). Det finns inget du behöver som du inte hittar i Wallingford. Garnett has provided a comfortable, cozy place full of thoughtful details. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and very walkable. It's close to restaurants, services, public transportation and some of Seattle's popular destinations.

This is a lovely, small property. Garnett gave excellent instructions of how to arrive, get in, park, etc. The unit is well maintained and very well stocked, which is so nice. And Garnett appreciated feedback on something to add to the kitchen that we would have been happy to use during our stay. The bed is very comfortable and loads of pillows and blankets.

Cute little place, has everything you need. Beautiful garden in a quiet neighborhood. Fast wifi, I was able to pick up work calls as needed during my stay. Comfortable for two people. Garnett is the nicest and handled signing for a package for me. Thank you for everything!

A great place to stay in Seattle!

It’s a cozy and convenient apartment with plenty of amenities for an extended stay! Its location in a walkable neighborhood was very convenient and I could easily get around the city.

Cozy stay

Comfortable, clean, and peaceful. Enjoyed having a warm and cozy place to stay while visiting friends nearby. Hope to stay again next time I'm in town for a visit and would recommend to other solo travelers or couples.

Sweet place in a great neighborhood

The apartment is not large but it had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. The location is fantastic--very quiet, across from a park but an easy walk to restaurants and stores. We would happily stay again.

Fremont Perfection

My wife and I stayed at Garnett’s place for a portion of our Honeymoon and it couldn’t have been better! The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us, was tastefully decorated and had an awesome and comfy bed. The best part however had to be the cute cat who sat and hung out with us whenever we stopped to rest and reflect in the great sitting area outside the apartment and home. Location was perfect for access to Seattle’s treasures and parking wasn’t an issue at any point. We both loved it and would stay there again!

Perfect Bungalow

This historic home had everything you could want and more. It had spacious rooms and every amenity you might need. Fun kitchen with everything needed. The king size bed still offered room to move around in the bedroom. One caution would be for anyone with mobility concerns- there are steps to enter and a step up into the bathroom as in many older homes. Bathtub/shower was well equipped with safety handles. The home was in a wonderful neighborhood and was within walking distance to many fun restaurants, a large grocery and drug store. Easy to park and easy to get to the beautiful Seattle sights. This is a keeper.

Cozy place to rest after long hours of exploring.

The location was perfect for me, walking distance to plenty of coffee and food. I was able to enjoy a comfortable nights rest at Garnett’s Place, that I actually looked forward to after long days of walking around Seattle. Everything was clean and accounted for.

I live in the main part of this house - renting out the two separate apartments. I enjoy meeting new people and take great pleasure in being able to share this part of the country with others. There's so much to do here you'll have to come back time and time again to see it all.

I bought my house in 1987. Once I toured this neighborhood, I knew it was for me. The downstairs apartment was part of the house when I moved in - and has provided opportunity for 'sharing the wealth' all these years. It was fully remodeled approximately 6 years ago to my specifications; a lovely space.

You'll be able to look out the back kitchen window at the lovely garden, enjoy the planter boxes that surround the window, enjoy a quiet and peaceful sleep in the bedroom or living room, enjoy the bright sun, walk to the park across the street. If the day is warm, open the front door and let day in - or go outside and sit in the patio area, surrounded by red raspberries, flowers and growing vegetables - meet the neighbors walking the area.
