Many wineries, breweries, distilleries, and BYOB restaurants in the area for your enjoyment. After a fun and adventurous day in the area, come back and enjoy this completely renovated bay block duplex home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upon keyless entry you will proceed to the second level which offers a nicely decorated living room where you can relax and unwind and includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat and large screen TV with cable. The fully stocked kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, new appliances, and a large table with ample seating for your stay. Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, one offering a queen-sized bed and a Smart-TV and the other includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin-sized trundle bed. The 2nd level also consists of a full bathroom, a laundry room with a new washer & dryer and a deck off the back with a Polywood table set giving you the option for additional dining space outside. The third level offers a sitting/working area and two additional bedrooms, each including a queen-size bed and Smart-TV’s (one with cable) along with a shared full bathroom. All bedrooms include bladeless ceiling fans. Outside you will find a beautifully hardscaped patio complete with a screened in gazebo, gas grill, an open outdoor shower to rinse off and a partially fenced-in yard. At night you can gather around the built-in fire pit and gaze up at the stars in the sky while enjoying a cozy fire. Many amenities are offered at the home including fast WIFI, 2 bikes, a kayak, fishing poles, corn hole game, 10 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart, buckets & shovels. Linens (sheets, towels, blankets & pillows) are also included for your stay. Security cameras are located on the outside of property only. $215 cleaning fee assessed on all stays.
