For the ultimate Chicago group getaway, consider 'The Mary,' our collection of three modern 2BR apartments perfectly situated near the Magnificent Mile, providing ample space for everyone. Imagine your group enjoying breathtaking views from private balconies in each unit, along with convenient access to fantastic building amenities, ensuring a truly memorable shared experience.
The Space:
We manually verify all reservations, as our units are rented individually and the calendar may not reflect real-time status. In the rare event of a scheduling conflict, we guarantee to provide you with excellent alternative options. Your booking is considered final only upon receiving our confirmation message.
Enjoy the convenience of accommodating your group in one building with three separate apartments featuring the same layout:
- Two comfortable queen bedrooms
- Two bathrooms (one full, one half)
- A spacious living area with a rollaway bed available for an extra guest if needed
- A full kitchen
- A private balcony
We also include high-quality coffee and tea, earplugs and eye masks for a tranquil sleep, and a Pack and Play available upon request for added convenience.

The building offers exceptional amenities, including:
- Sundeck with an outdoor pool, private cabanas, and outdoor grilling stations with panoramic views of the Chicago skyline
- Social club with gaming center, large island and bar seating
- 2,600 square foot health club with with Matrix cardio and strength training equipment with individual TV screens
- Motion studio and yoga room with Fitness On Demand
- Menâs and womenâs meditation lounges
- Extensive green roof and a spacious private terrace with bocce ball courts, fire pits and grilling stations
- Party room and entertainment lounge kitchen

- For the safety of all our guests, we handle a $3000 security deposit via credit card and a simple background check, requiring valid ID from all adults. Kindly review our house rules before booking.
- Parking Policy: Parking is $50 per night, but spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability!
- Our standard time for check-in is 4:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM.
