The large home (4bd, 3ba), 3300 sq ft is comfortable for 11-12 guests and has a family suite upstairs with king bed, 3 twin bunks, a bathroom and play area. The sunlit loft has a futon that can be converted to a bed. Downstairs is master bedroom with it's own bathroom king bed, and small convertible sofa suitable for a child's bed. Also downstairs are two queen bedrooms, and a separate bathroom with a jetted tub. The garage has been converted into a club room with a pool table, arcade games, foosball, and bikes for exploring. Everyone's favorite feature here, though, is the large kitchen, dining areas, and living room, all connected and flooded with natural light from the soaring ceilings and window graced loft.

The cottage home (2bd, 2ba + detached outbuilding bd) 1100 sq ft is nice for an additional 6-8 guests to have their own space. Primary master bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom and a living area that can be used to set up the queen sized air mattress. The other bedroom is a micro-master with a queen bed and it's own bathroom, and there's even a detached small bedroom with a twin bed in the backyard.

You'll also have access to my art studio, where we can make time for a paint and sip gathering or you can just enjoy this window full and inspired space that connects to the backyard!
