I initially appreciated the communication with the property manager through the issues we had with our stay. Until the property manager and owner attempted to charge us 100 in "excessive abuse of towels". Dirty towels they looked through, but had not washed and bleached yet.We were here for 2 nights and 3 days. The 2nd day there was a huge leak that caused a bubble in the ceiling. We were offered to relocate, which we did. The 2nd location had bugs in the bed of one of the rooms. This was an inconvenience as we specifically chose this listing due to the amount of beds .Miguel did give us extra time to checkout the next day, which we appreciated. I am unsure why they chose to look through dirty towels, attempt to charge us more after we had a stay with a leak, and bugs. I am disappointed by this treatment.See attached photos of an example of "the abused towels", the leak(which miscolored the towels as well,) bugs, and our communication with this listing doing our part to communicate the issues and keep the leak from damaging their floor as much as possible.
