Vackert helt nytt ombyggnad (dec 2018) hem perfekt för flera familjer. Detta hem har fem sovrum plus loft med tre badrum. Det finns tre sovrum pÄ bottenvÄningen: tvÄ sovrum med stora kungar, varav ett har eget badrum, och ett barnrum med fulla över hela vÄningssÀngar. BefÀlhavaren och barns rum delar hallen badrum med dusch / badkar combo. PÄ övervÄningen har en cal-king-mÀstare och ett loftomrÄde med ytterligare en barns full över full vÄningssÀng plus en utdragbar soffa. Rummen pÄ övervÄningen delar badrum. Alla rum har LCD-TV med kabel-tv.

Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet med öppet koncept Àr rymligt och erbjuder gott om sittplatser för familjen, vare sig det Àr pÄ sektionen, matbordet eller frukostkroken. Sektionen har en queen size-utdrag för extra sÀngklÀder. Familjerummet har trÄdlöst höghastighetsinternet och telefonservice.

Helt nytt uppgraderat kök med bÀnkskivor i granit och apparater i rostfritt stÄl: spis / ugn, mikrovÄgsugn, diskmaskin och kylskÄp. RÀtt utanför köket finns en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek för gÀsterna. Det finns barnvagnar, barnstol, pack n 'play och barnstol för dina spÀdbarn och smÄbarn. Bakre trÀdgÄrden har en utomhus naturgas grill, uteplats set och ytterligare stolar. Alla möbler, möbler nya frÄn och med september 2018. Hemmet har central luft och vÀrme.

Family trip

We took a family trip 16 of us. We had a great stay, this property is amazing, we will definitely be staying here again and definitely recommended. Very easy to locate, very central to different eating places, and close to Disneyland park!

Perfect for a large group

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from MBKU. There were 9 adults sleeping here, but we hosted a total of 16 for meals and evening gatherings. The layout is easy, the bedrooms are pleasant and having three full bathrooms was very helpful. The kitchen and living areas had plenty of space for easy movement and entertaining.

Perfect home for a larger home

The house was perfect for our group. There are many rooms and beds which were super comfy. The house had everything we needed and close to a lot of tasty food options. I would 100% recommend to larger groups and families. Communication was top notch and check in/check out was as easy as can be.

Family Birthday Celebration

Communication provided in a timely manner. Check-in & out was easy, spacious & clean. Extra towels were provided. Parking as described but alley to get there conjested with other cars.

Perfect for large groups!

Though a little confusing at first, this place is a hidden gem! It was great for my family and friends to all be able to stay under one roof. There were only a couple issues like not enough smart tv remotes (we all like netflix) and mosquitoes (all over the city) but the stay was fantastic and there were so many appliances available which definitely outweighed any small issue. Definitely recommend this place if you have a big group!

A Little Rough But Helpful Management

It's not easy to find a place for 20 people but this worked great! Lots of beds and plenty of gathering space. It is centrally located in Fullerton with easy access to everything. (If you like doughnuts, try B&B just down the street. Amazing!) The neighborhood is a little rough but the neighbors are really nice. The place was clean when we got there but only surface clean. Lot's of dust built up in places that a normal cleaning crew wouldn't get unless they were quite thorough. The plumbing struggled while we were there. You can't put anything down the disposal, which isn't too bad, but the pipes backed up into the bathtub making that bathroom unusable. And the drain in the main shower was slow so water filled the bottom. I used a plunger on that and got it going again. The management team got a plumber in to fix the backup problem and we were back in business. Overall, it was a good place to stay and the management team is responsive.

Some Disappointments

First,let me say that we were grateful for a place to shower and sleep that could accommodate half of our family. Here are some of the concerns: It said it could sleep 20 but there were no wash cloths for even close to that. There was no dustpan for sweeping. There were cobwebs and bugs around the door frames. The air conditioning did not work. There were not screens on bedroom windows so windows could be open. Bathtubs took over an hour to drain. The laminate floor had pieces missing. Lastly, though I was not looking for a house with a pool communications we received indicated there was a pool. There was no pool.

Horrible property

First , this home has a tarp on the roof. The whole home smells like mold, so strong that all our luggage smelled like this when we got back home. The home is very run down,from floors to bathrooms. The main bathroom downstairs we had to bathe without a curtain, it kept dropping every time we bathed. In the middle of the night I heard sounds in the walls as is there were rats. The he only way into the back garage is to first go in to the front of the home to open it. Horrible set up. if you drive a large SUV it will not fir in the garage. Forget parking in front of the home , there is no parking anywhere. Terrible neighborhood . Home is big for large families but not worth the price.

Highly Recommend

This place was wonderful for our family of 8. Very convenient to Disneyland and there are a bunch of restaurants, and a Costco, within walking distance. The place is updated and very comfortable and the property managers were very attentive and adept at solving a couple minor issues we had at check in.

Overall good stay

The house was so spacious and was able to accommodate my family and I more than comfortably. Upon checkin our code did not work but was promptly reset, however later that day my mother and I were locked out from a different keypad and Carolyn was not much help at all. The parking stated that four cars could fit comfortably, however once we checked in the verbiage changed to “four standard cars can fit.” We found it very tight with only three cars. Location was perfect for my graduation at the Honda Center and lots of stores and food options were within walking distance. The only thing I would recommend would be to fix the damaged floor and broken chair for the kitchen table. Would also recommend increased pest control.

Great house for multiple families
