Our family had a blast staying at this property for the week. The house was gorgeous with a lot of space inside and out. We only had one issue during our stay where the hot water wasn’t working. Ended up being an easy fix, We contacted the owner and the problem was solved super quickly . There was plenty of stores for shopping within 3 min drive from the house, tons of hiking trails in the area. Would 100% recommend this property.

Scottsdale family retreat

Spent a long weekend with family in this terrific home. Semi secluded with a ton of activities. Amazing private pool and yard. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Stay

This home was perfect for my group on our golf trip. Very close to so many great courses, restaurants, and the WM Phoenix Open venue. The house was clean and properly equipped with everything we needed. Game room, pool, and pickleball court were all super fun to use. 10/10 stay!

This is an amazing house and great for entertaining your family or guests. It has a great Pickleball court, a heated pool and Jacuzzi and plenty of outdoor seating. We were able to entertain some of my wife’s high school friends from 40 years ago and all of us sat around the table and just told stories of our past. This is the perfect place to do that. We also had Our immediate family come in for a day to hang out and again the house worked extremely well. There’s a lot of great entertaining things in the house or garage such as pool table, foosball, ping-pong, and cornhole. Plenty of things for everybody to do. We will definitely be coming back to this house.

Family Thanksgiving trip

We celebrated Thanksgiving week here with 5 adults and 5 children (6 and under). Owner was great and very responsive. Checked in with us a few times to make sure things were going well and to ask if we needed anything. The house was lovely. The kids (and adults) loved swimming in the pool. Amazing views. Comfortable pool furniture. Pickle ball court was fun! Good space inside for us all to fit comfortably. Nice kitchen where we made most of our meals in. Child locks on doors for safety. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again if I’m in the area!

Family vacation

We decided to take our kids to Scottsdale for Spring Break this year. We booked this property, and were so happy that we did. It's a deceptively large house, with so much room to spread out. There was only 4 of us, but we certainly could have had many more come with us. With my wife and 2 kids, we ended up feeling like we had our own "wings" of the house. Extremely clean and comfortable. We LOVED the huge couch, and enjoyed hanging out together on it and watching some TV. The highlight for sure though was the pool and pickleball court. My 15 y.o. spent most of her time swimming and lounging in the beautiful pool. We paid for the heating option, which was a must since it was chilly during our stay. My 18 y.o. loved shooting baskets each day, and then embarrasing me on the pickleball court! We also loved the area of Scottsdale. It's a short drive to Cave Creek, which is a really fun little village with lots of restaurants and places to shop. It's like a miniature Old Towne. Other than that, it's just a beautiful and remote area, outside of the hustle and bustle of Phoenix, but close enough to get to the city if you're doing something fun there.We communicated with Ryan throughout, and he was awesome. Felt like we had a true partner who was incredibly vested in us enjoying our vacation. I personally really appreciate when someone checks in to make sure you have everything you need. Great touch.Only bummer was that we couldn't stay longer!
