På baksidan uteplats kan du njuta av den nyrenoverade poolen, gas kokande grill, matbord, gas eldstad, sittplatser områden och badtunna, alla med en härlig utsikt över bergen samtidigt som de är skuggade i avskildhet av exceptionella landskapsarkitektur.
Hemmet är fullt utrustat med allt en hyresgäst kan behöva; fullt utrustat kök, pappersprodukter, toalettartiklar, tvättmaterial, sängkläder och handdukar. Varje sovrum, kontor och nöjesområde har TV-apparater med DirectTV- och DVR-kapacitet. Detta är verkligen ett hem hemifrån.

Great Experience

We have rented this property from Jordon a couple of times now and love it. It’s spacious, the bedrooms are well-spaced for privacy, and it’s beautifully decorated. Working with Jordon was a pleasure and the communication was top-notch. In addition he was was flexible about a couple of requests. Great stay!

This was a beautiful home that was comfortable to stay in with a family. We each had our own space but with a comfortable places to hang together. The place is very well stock. this house has everything you need. Communication is above and beyond. Thank you for sharing your home.

Spacious home in Desert Mountain

We had a great stay in Jordan's large home - incredibly well stocked with anything you might need. Communication with Jordan was excellent. The home was very clean and comfortable. The only caveat - this is not a great option for families with young children . . . although Jordan was very accommodating (and we rented a crib from an outside vendor), there are many breakables at toddler level. Otherwise a great stay!

Beautiful Property

This is a wonderful property. It is better than the description. Jordan is very helpful and attentive making the entire process seamless. We hope to stay here again. THe house is very well stocked with everything you will need for our stay. The house is very clean and comfortable.

Best Rental Experience Ever!

Beautifully appointed, well-maintained, very clean and well-supplied house. Perfectly responsive landlords. It’s obvious the landlords take pride in their property. Our guests were all impressed and loved staying there with us. I highly recommend this rental.

Best Vacation Rental

Beautiful house and patio. The cleanest and most well-stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The owner, Jordan, responded to every text immediately. Perfect for families

This house (location and the house itself) was the PERFECT place for our multi-generational family hang out. The house is made for entertaining and Jordan was such an incredible host. Everything you could want or need....already taken care of. This will be our regular go-to house for family get togethers!

Desert Mountain

This was a very comfortable fully equipped home with ample space for a group of friends or family participating in a desert experience. The owner had enough dishes and supplies for a party and if you ran out of just about anything, another was in a closet. The owner was amazingly organized and responded to questions immediately. He seemed very concerned that everything was perfect.

Fantastic house

We are a group of 6 who have traveled together for 5+ years. We have rented house in Florida, Puerto Rico and Cabo. This is the most well appointed house we have ever stayed in. It has everything you could possibly need. Jordan was helpful and accommodating when our flights were changed last minute. We all agree this has been our best vacation yet!

AriSNOWna!

Despite 6 plus inches of historic snowfall in Scottsdale the past two days, we got to play both Grayhawk (Monument) and Troon North (Raptor) golf courses. Then we made snow angels... This is a fantastic house with beautiful views, an extremely responsive owner and fully stocked with everything a traveler might need. We will definitely return when the sun is shining!

Wonderful Stay at Desert Mountain

My fiancé and I stayed from 4/1/18 – 12/31/18, while our house was being built in Desert Mountain. I cannot say enough good things about the property, the amenities and the responsiveness of the owners. The house and pool area are spacious. The 3 bedrooms in the house are very comfortable and the separate casita provides privacy from the rest of the house. The pool area offers very comfortable seating both in the sun and shade. We spent every afternoon during the Spring, Summer and Fall at the pool. The pool is larger than most Desert Mountain pools. The hot tub is separate but very efficient for low energy use. The house is more fully equipped than our house. Anything and everything we needed or wanted was in the house. The owner was extremely responsive both in communication and in fixing the small issues we encountered during our 8 month stay. He literally responded to texts from us in minutes and scheduled workers to come at convenient times for us when they were required. In short, we had a fantastic experience! I would recommend this rental for couples looking for plenty of room, families with our without kids, or groups of couples visiting the Desert Mountain area .

Jordon and Nicki both were raised in upstate NY and currently work and reside there. We are both middle aged working class professionals who fell in love with Desert Mountain and the surrounding area and felt this was the place we want to vacation to and potentially retire.

This home was exquisitely maintained by the previous owners and clearly had spent a lot of time and money on the upkeep, including several upgrades to the home and property. We felt like it was "home" when we toured the property. We also love the privacy the home offers - the back patio is completely guarded by trees, yet still has a beautiful partial view of the mountains and the stars at night.
