Home is positioned slightly above others in a quiet secluded community. Great safe walking. Landscape design complete with front courtyard pavers, water feature, cactus and beautiful stairs. Backyard patio for outdoor living. Full irrigation system and timed landscape lighting. Tall ceilings.
Updated with ceramic tile in the entire home. Upper cabinets in kitchen are 42'' and counters are slab granite. All stainless steel appliances. Good sized pantry in dining area. Split bedroom plan for privacy. Two full bathrooms. Laundry room. Freestanding island in the kitchen. Community park is right around the corner with barbecues, picnic tables, ramada, abundant grass area and basketball court. Room for a pick up game of Pickleball, if you have a portable net. There is access to trails in to the Pusch Ridge wilderness. Less than 5 minutes walk to the over 100 miles of paved walking and bike trails. 1.5 miles to Oro Valley Marketplace. Great views . Well maintained and treated with care. Home is only offered furnished. 2 car parking in driveway.

With a private community park a block and a half away, you have abundant greenbelts and trees to relax and read or play a game of corn hole or shoot some hoops. Within a few miles you have entertainment, food, shopping and all the amenities you need.
