Komplett kök med kakelplattor, massor av köksredskap och många apparater (kylskåp, gasspis, ugn, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, mixer, Keurig kaffebryggare). Vardagsrummet har original öppen balk tak, öppen spis och mjölk fönster. Mycket mysig och bekväm med 48 "plattskärms-TV i vardagsrummet, 32" plattskärms-TV i sovrummet, både med DVD-spelare och DVD-filmsamling. Kabel-TV och gratis Wi-Fi ingår. Luftkonditionering och värme. Enheten har tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Front utomhus sittplatser för happy hour och solnedgång visning. Privat uteplats i ryggen med grill och uteservering för att koppla av eller njuta av måltider. Tillgång till cyklar. Delad uppfart med parkering för ett fordon. Better than home

Place was amazing with so many extra amenities. House was cool and comfortable with amazing front and rear verandas for morning coffee and evening conversations. Place was beautifully and lovingly landscaped (not seen on photos) Owners friendly, helpful, and responsive. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and this one is my favorite. It’s centrally located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Better than home cuz it's very clean without all the clutter. Recommend and would stay again.

Everything we needed.

Was a wonderful place to return to after shopping at the gem show all day. I wish I had the kitchen in my home. Owners were on sight if we had needed anything. Quiet and secure.

Fresh and clean

The unit was freshly renovated and it showed. This was actually the cleanest short term rental unit I’ve ever stayed in. Everything (floors, paint, furniture, appliances, faucets, etc.) was newer and fresh. Water pressure, flow and temperature were great. The heater worked well to compensate for the cold PM hours when the outdoor temperature drops. The unit is located in a nice area on a quiet street and the unit itself feels very secure. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. I am a licensed home inspection professional and I notice all of the little details, so no complaints from me is a compliment.

The unit is a separate home. It's very quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious with a well stocked kitchen, and beautifully decorated with a lovely private covered patio. Every detail is well thought out and applied.

Best VRBO ever!

I love this house. The cleanliness of this place is outstanding. Front and back porches that were comfortable and private. It had every amenity you could imagine. This place is beautiful inside and out. If you are looking for a central location in Tucson, this is the one. Restaurants and shopping are very close as well. All in all this is the best VRBO property I have been too. Thank you!!!!

Very comfortable and well equipped home away from home

We enjoyed the front and back patios, the comfy reclining chair and sofa, and the quality appliances. The location is quiet, convenient, and close to a major thoroughfare with fast food, Starbucks, Ross, and a grocery store.

great little house, great location

This is the second time we've stayed at the Casa del Sol and we hope to be back for more. We ship our bikes to Tucson and reassemble them on the shaded and sheltered back patio. We're getting to know our way around the town and Mike's place is easy to navigate from. The kitchen is especially well stocked, too.

Comfort, location, ambience

Everything about our stay was great! The location is in a very quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from interstate access. There are lots of options for good restaurants and shopping nearby. The home itself is very comfortable with great attention given to detail that made our stay feel like a home away from home. There's also a very nice patio area in the front and back which we enjoyed. The decor has a great southwest vibe too. The hosts were responsive. One of the best rental experiences we've ever had. Wow! What a perfect place in Tucson!

This property has been lovingly restored (built in 1935) to an absolutely beautiful gem. It is very roomy with a wonderful large kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook meals. The bed was very comfortable and all linens were very high quality. The location was close to groceries, restaurants, gas and all event locations we travelled here to see. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.
