Welcome to our spacious home in The Lakes, a renowned waterfront community with access to two lakes and scenic walking paths. Enjoy the backyard with a covered patio, pool (not heated), and hot tub. Inside, you'll find a master bedroom with a king-size bed, two full-size bedrooms, and a loft with a futon. The den features a record-listening room. Stay connected with high-speed internet and a Smart TV. Two bikes are available, and the home includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

➜ Located in The Lakes, a well-known and renowned waterfront community, the home offers access to two man-made lakes, providing guests with pristine views.
➜ Located just minutes from the Loop 101 and US60 freeways.
➜ Situated a few doors down from the lake with access to walking paths.
➜ The backyard features a covered patio overlooking the pool, complete with couches and chairs.
➜ Pool and above-ground hot tub available (pool is not heated)

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ You have two parking spots in the driveway, and while garage parking isn’t included, street parking is allowed and free
➤ There’s one locked downstairs hallway closet that’s off-limits, but other than that, the place is all yours to enjoy. Guests will have access to the entire unit, feel free to make yourself at home!

Nestled in a tranquil residential area, this neighborhood offers a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to the vibrant heart of Tempe. Enjoy easy access to beautiful parks, scenic walking paths, and two stunning lakes, perfect for outdoor activities and family outings. The area boasts excellent schools, shopping centers, and dining options, ensuring all your needs are met. With proximity to the Loop 101 and US60 freeways, you can easily explore the greater Phoenix area. Embrace the welcoming community atmosphere and the beauty of suburban living at its best.
Car: Easy access to major highways including Loop 101 and US60 for convenient travel throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Public Transit: Close to local bus stops and light rail stations, offering efficient options for commuting to nearby cities and attractions.
Bicycle: Bike-friendly routes and trails are available, making it a great area for cycling enthusiasts to explore the surroundings.
Walking: The neighborhood features scenic walking paths and parks, ideal for leisurely strolls or morning jogs.
Rideshare: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick and convenient transportation to various destinations.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so I can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per each additional half-hour stay.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
