Step inside, and you'll be welcomed by an open-concept living space, complete with ample seating, a large screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and offer uninterrupted views of the infinity pool and golf course.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances and an oversized island with seating for six. The elegant dining table seats eight comfortably, perfect for family gatherings, while a nearby wine bar adds a touch of sophistication for evening cocktails. Beyond the kitchen, a spacious pantry stocked with glassware and serveware makes entertaining effortless. Two dishwashers make cleanup easy, and the Wolf range offers a double griddle and double oven.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. No need to rush to the store at the start of your stay, as a 'starter set' of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Guests should plan to bring their own beach towels (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club (seasonally), dining club, racquet club, and award-winning golf. ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. New this year, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. The charge is $45 per vehicle. The first vehicle is included in the grand total of your reservation. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Street parking is prohibited. Each pass requires one licensed driver's name. Guest may be asked to show license at the gate. Once the vehicle pass is issued, any licensed driver can drive.
CHECK IN: While self check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation notice of 30 days minimum is required prior to the scheduled arrival date. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES/RULES: A minimum age of 23 is required for guests making a reservation.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
