Home was clean and tidy, pool deck and pool furniture were also well kept. Rooms and living areas were large and well appointed… the pool table was fun to play. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Great location!

The house was a great size for our group of 14. Lots of room for everyone to enjoy. The neighborhood was really cute and the Oasis Clubhouse provided some close offsite amenities. We had a few issues with damaged items when we arrived but the hosts were very communicative. We had a fantastic stay.

Fantastic House

We are a group of couples/friends aged 50-60 who stayed at this house for a relaxing, fun weekend. This is a fantastic house and pool area. The pictures are very accurate. Everything was clean and ready to go. This would also be great for a big family or several families. Lots of fun things to do - pool table, 2 video games, darts and cornhole. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again in the future. 10/10

Spring vacation

The size of the property was very nice. However it some areas of the house were not very clean. All the bed sheets looked like they haven’t been clean. We paid extra for a heated pool to swim in in the evening but the light to the pool didn’t work and we contacted the manager as soon as we got there and they never came to fix the pool light. Probably won’t stay there again.

This is a very unfortunate review score as this guest commented on the home and how great it was. Never a mention about dirty sheets and we certainly have our housekeeping team wash and exchange everything between stays. Yes the pool light had an issue and I can assure you we did go out to investigate and unfortunately the pool company had to order a part which would not come in during their few days stay. You can see from the review just before this guest stayed, gave a perfect review and loved the home.

Do NOT pay for pool heat. It got Luke warm by the 4th day at best. Bring kitchen towels and wash cloths. Didn’t even have 1 full roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. I understand that it’s self sufficient, I have stayed in many vacation homes and this was the worst one yet. A lot of wear and tear though out the house which is expected. I gave this a low score because the pool spa is one of the reasons I rented this house and was unable to use it. The house is very spacious, the living room couch is uncomfortable but the couch in the movie room was much better.

Tina, We always encourage our guests to let us know about any concerns during their stay so we can address them right away, just like we do for all our guests. I noticed that most of your concerns were brought up at checkout, which made it harder for us to help while you were here. As for the pool heat, we did take care of it as soon as you mentioned it. Also, just a quick reminder that the check-in details mention we provide a starter pack with some essentials only. Best regards, Carl and team

Positive notes, community with Alex/Carl was excellent.Location is awesome and the resort is awesome. But that’s it.This is our families 5th time in Davenport and our 2nd time at Champions gate and by far this house was the worst! From the second we walked in we noticed it wasn’t clean. My son and I began to clean the dining room table and dusted before we the tables before we even ate.The silverware and dishes are dirty and that is because the dishwasher SUCKS! It does NOT clean the dishes! The dryer takes FOREVER to dry so you spend your whole time of your vacation doing dishes for 3 families and waiting for the dryer to dry clothes. We bore all this gracefully until the final straw and took what was supposed to be our relaxing last night, we spent mopping the lake that kept forming from the air conditioner leaking water. Usually from blogged water lines.Oh! And no one not one time came and cleaned the pool our whole stay.We informed them of every bit of this just for a sorry. So what was supposed to be a fun and relaxing vacation turned into even more work then at home.Hopefully, if anyone reading this decides to stay here, they update the appliances, hire better more honest cleaning staff, and maintain their air conditioner.

Jerold did not communicate any issues that needed to be addressed during his stay. When we asked how everything was, he informed us that he was enjoying his stay and did not mention any concerns. He only made us aware of the issues after his departure.
