Vi är Bermans mitt namn är Joshua, min fru och nyfödda son Aiden bor i hemmet. Vi har en vacker gäst sovrum med en separat trappa. Du kommer att ha en privat badrum och en privat uteplats. Vi erbjuder rena handdukar, tvål, schampo och en Keurig kaffebryggare. Vi har också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare som du kan använda om det behövs. Vi är bara några kvarter från stranden och några minuter från en offentlig park. Vår adress är 47 valnöt st Portsmouth Ri 02871.

Peaceful Stay

Property as advertised and immaculate. It is in a separate wing so it is quite private. A couple of minutes walking to local eateries and the Sakonett River Estuary. Would definitely recommend to and plan on staying again.soonagain soon

Weekend Getaway

My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay for a weekend college visit for my son. It was just the two of us, and the place was PERFECT! It is quaint and quiet. Had the weather been warmer, I would have LOVED to sit outside and enjoy some reading. Wonderful experience

Thansgiving Away

When we travel we are basically looking for a quite place to lay our head, comfy bed and clean shower. Fit the bill perfectly. Will stay againJf we ever come through the area again.

Perfect place for a weekend in Portsmouth/Bristol

Nice and clean place in a pretty quiet neighborhood. I was doing a writer’s retreat/staycation kind of thing, and it was perfectly situated to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries. The space was private and quiet, which was exactly what I wanted! Thank you!

Perfect little place

Perfect little place. Clean and inviting. Owners are super commutative. Great location within walking distance of some great restaurants, bars and a cute little coffee shop on the water.

A totally satisfying experience

We were very happy with this room -- it was clean and roomy, nice light. There was a little porch that we didn't get to try but that looked inviting. Everything you'd want was there -- ironing board and iron, coffee and tea, instructions for the tv, etc., very comfortable bed and pillows, clean and fresh towels, etc. We had a little personal communication about our check-in and the owners were very prompt and helpful. We would return without hesitation!

Good value for what we needed

My husband and I stayed for a weekend. We were there for a wedding, the room was simple enough for what we needed for a short stay. A lot of the furniture looks like it has seen better days (scratches and what not) but the bed was comfortable and a great size. Shower had good water pressure, and overall it was a good stay. We spent most of our time in Newport so I would’ve liked to have been a little closer but that’s on us for not being able to find a place closer. Overall, all good!

Overnight Getaway

This was a comfortable spot.It was very clean and had great amenities. We enjoyed the beach and the restaurants we visited. Two drawbacks: We couldn't figure out the tv and the chickens woke my husband. We would definitely stay again.

We needed a place to stay that was close to a wedding we were attending in Middletown. This location was convenient. The place worked out nicely. The location was a few blocks from the water, which offered nice views of the bay, and good walking options. Check-in was easy. The room was spacious and clean.

Walk to the Beach!

Nice studio with lots of room and a cute little deck for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Newport! It’s just a few blocks to the beach in a quiet little area. Perfect location for taking in the sights of Newport and the surrounding areas!

Great space

Property was great and easy. Described well on the website. Very easy process to get in great communication by the hosts! Was in walking distance to everything you needed for a nice couple of days visiting friends in Portsmouth Rhode Island.

It was perfect for a short weekend and close to any amenities that we needed. Not to mention the close proximity to the beach to take a walk along the water. Great communication with the host.
