The location is convenient walking/driving distance from Bristol's shops and cafes. The house is compact but thoughtfully outfitted, so you have everything you need. And the hosts are top notch: available when you need them, but never intrusive. All told, this is a great place to stay. We're looking forward to our next visit!

My wife and I chose to stay in this cozy little house for a much needed getaway. It was perfect for what we were looking for - clean, well-equipped, and charming. The shower was one of the best features of the property. I wish I had that water pressure at home! The location is walkable to the town center if desired. The check in process was easy and host communication was excellent! If you’re looking for a quick place to land in Bristol, this is a great option.

The property was totally new, beautifully renovated, neat clean and tidy! The kitchen had everything we needed-down to the last detail like even a rubber jar opener which really came in handy. Great location close to the town and the water. Host was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had an excellent stay in Bristol, RI. The cottage was perfect for our needs. We slept very well after a long day of rugby at Beast of the East. The house was clean and well equipped. The communication from our hosts was top notch. We will stay again if we attend the tournament next year.

FANTASTIC! We can not rave enough about our stay at this cottage in Bristol! We have been to Rhode Island a handful of times, and Jim’s house was the best house/location we have been to. The location was perfect for walking through all of Bristol, and the house had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. Jim was extremely easy to communicate with! We can not wait to book again!
