This home is situated on a commercial lot, sharing a property with the office for Acorn Vacation Properties. While the driveway will be shared with office staff, the space you are renting is PRIVATE for you and you will have a private patio with hot tub and parking spot. We provide starter coffee and tea for your stay.

Pet Rules:
*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time
*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the parking area) at all times. There is a busy highway nearby and it is possible that staff will be on the property, so animals must be contained when outside the home.
*Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking.
* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest and will be charged from the pet deposit.
*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture.
*Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found.
*Pet deposit is forfeit if any pet rules are not followed

*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time must be on your reservation.
* Early checkin and Late check out must be a arranged in advance and will come with a CHARGE. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time.

We live very nearby if you have any issues. We are always quick to respond via the message function on the booking platform.

We are located just off Highway 41 on the north side of the town of Oakhurst. Our closest neighbor is Idle Hour Winery and you can walk there to visit the restaurant or wine bar. We are also located at a trolley stop. The Oakhurst Trolley is free and will take you around town and operates Friday-Sunday in the summer. See their website for hours of operation and trolley stops.

A car is recommended. You can use the Trolley to get around town and the YARTS bus can take you into Yosemite. Please know that ride share services are not widely available in the mountains. Visiting without a car will take some planning.

Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.

Pets must not be left in the home unattended or pet deposit will be forfeit.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expenses. The housekeeping company charges $50 for checkouts on any of these holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get reservations for the National Park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

After booking, you will be asked to agree to a rental agreement which restates the policies detailed in this listing.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fee to ship an item starts at $50 and may increase depending on shipping cost.
*Quiet time is 10PM-8AM
*Parking for ONE vehicle included (no trailers/boats), any vehicle beyond one is $25 per night arranged in advance (based on availability), undisclosed vehicles are $50 per night for the duration of your ENTIRE reservation.
*Any guest not disclosed in advance of checkin will be charged at double the nightly guest charge(plus taxes, $66.90 per night) for the duration of your ENTIRE reservation.
*We charge for INFANTS, please ensure you have included them as `children` on your reservation, or you will receive a fee request after booking to correct the reservation
*No refunds for outages beyond hosts control, ex. WiFi, electric, water, etc
* Smoking anywhere on or in the property will incur a minimum $100 fee. Please smoke at the street or off site.
*Please see pet rules if you intend to bring a pet, undisclosed pets will incur a charge of $500 - For safety reasons all Pets must be leashed at all times outside the home!
