Lyxig med vacker havsutsikt

Tre sovrum, två badrum, havet villa, ligger på 4: e våningen i Station One. Det finns två balkonger (en stor en av de viktigaste vardagsrummet, och en mindre en av master svit) med utsikt över Atlanten. Porslinsplattor hela med egna badrum. Wifi och elegant inredning. Kök som nyligen uppdaterats, med nya skåp och granitbänkskivor! Köket uppdaterades 2015, och nya vardagsrumsmöbler år 2016. Alla helt nya skjutdörrar installerade 2016. Oceanfront, med plats pool, tennisbana, och platsen är bekvämt att shoppa, restauranger och matvaror.

A seaside oasis

The condo is lovely and in a fun part of Wrightsville Beach. The owner was very responsive to an issue that needed addressing, got it taken care of quickly, and was very gracious. We had a relaxing fun time here.

Always a Great Time

Our family loves vacationing together in this lovely Wrightsville Beach condo. We have been enjoying this property for multiple years and it is always a great time. The owner is amazing and ensures we have everything we need.

Janet’s condo was cozy, clean and accommodating making our six day stay there very comfortable and homey. Everything you would expect to be naturally provided, was available for us to use. The ocean facing view was breathtaking and the short walk to the beach was not. It was everything I was hoping. Again, well done!

The unit was exactly as described! Easy beach access, beautiful pool area, within walking distance to restaurants. Very well equipped in the kitchen also.

On the beach

Tho check-in was slow due to problems with the last renters, we were not at all upset and communication with the owner was wonderful and situation was resolved quickly. The property was located right on the beach and the facility was wonderful. We were here to visit our son and his family and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Can’t beat it

We have stayed here multiple times now for an annual girls trip and we wouldn’t have it any other way. The location to everything is so convenient. The owner is more than accommodating and is quick to respond with questions. Can’t wait to go back next year

Amazing, will be back!

Janet’s condo was perfect for us, it was very clean and the location cannot be neat. It’s walking distance to beach restaurants, coffee, wings, etc. Janet was also very responsive and super sweet! The condo is very secure as well, 24-7 security and keys to get inside pool, building, etc. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was just as promised and was wonderful. This is a lovely condo!!

The only problem we experienced… repeatedly…. was getting the door unlocked. Took several people and several minutes each time. I know beach air does a number on locks but it would be helpful to upgrade this one. Otherwise everything was just perfect!!!!! A great experience for cousins meeting for a family reunion!!! Thanks so much!

Great Mother/Daughters’ Weekend

My mom, sister and I enjoyed our annual fall beach weekend at WB while staying in this lovely condo. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony view was absolutely gorgeous and was where my 84 year old mom chose to spend most of her day time. Everything was wonderful, and we hope to return next fall.

This has been my family's vacation home for almost 15 years. I recently moved to Wilmington from Fayetteville, NC, and now only live about 10 minutes from Wrightsville, so I decided to rent to responsible people that will respect my property and enjoy the beautiful surroundings as much as we have! I have spent my entire life vacationing in this area and also was a graduate of University of North Carolina at Wilmington, only minutes away. I am usually minutes away in the event that you need information or assistance!

Varför värden valde detta boende

I became the owner of Unit 4B after the unfortunate passing of my mother, and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy such a prime piece of real estate in the absolutely most desirable location of Wrightsville Beach.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Station One is centrally located within walking distance or a short drive to many wonderful restaurants. There are a wide variety of activities. We have tennis courts on the property, a small basketball court, plenty of gas grills on the ground floor for grilling out, ping pong, a lovely swimming pool, and even an entertainment room that can be reserved for larger gatherings. There are washers and dryers right down the breezeway. Wrightsville beach has a wonderful walking/jogging 'Loop' that is approximately two and a half miles long, that encircles the middle of the island. There is a storage room for bicycles, and a few that can be checked out at the office.
