Tre sovrum, tvÄ badrum, havet villa, ligger pÄ 4: e vÄningen i Station One. Det finns tvÄ balkonger (en stor en av de viktigaste vardagsrummet, och en mindre en av master svit) med utsikt över Atlanten. Porslinsplattor hela med egna badrum. Wifi och elegant inredning. Kök som nyligen uppdaterats, med nya skÄp och granitbÀnkskivor! Köket uppdaterades 2015, och nya vardagsrumsmöbler Är 2016. Alla helt nya skjutdörrar installerade 2016. Oceanfront, med plats pool, tennisbana, och platsen Àr bekvÀmt att shoppa, restauranger och matvaror.

Great Vaca

What a great trip with our family! The condo was PERFECT! We were right on the beach with a beautiful view! The pool area was very clean and there was no problem with getting a table in the shade! We took our bikes and there were bike racks to store them. Janet was easy to work with and answered texts quickly when we needed a question answered. Highly recommend this amazing condo!!!

A seaside oasis

The condo is lovely and in a fun part of Wrightsville Beach. The owner was very responsive to an issue that needed addressing, got it taken care of quickly, and was very gracious. We had a relaxing fun time here.

On the beach

Tho check-in was slow due to problems with the last renters, we were not at all upset and communication with the owner was wonderful and situation was resolved quickly. The property was located right on the beach and the facility was wonderful. We were here to visit our son and his family and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Can’t beat it

We have stayed here multiple times now for an annual girls trip and we wouldn’t have it any other way. The location to everything is so convenient. The owner is more than accommodating and is quick to respond with questions. Can’t wait to go back next year

Amazing, will be back!

Janet’s condo was perfect for us, it was very clean and the location cannot be neat. It’s walking distance to beach restaurants, coffee, wings, etc. Janet was also very responsive and super sweet! The condo is very secure as well, 24-7 security and keys to get inside pool, building, etc. Will definitely stay again!

This has been my family's vacation home for almost 15 years. I recently moved to Wilmington from Fayetteville, NC, and now only live about 10 minutes from Wrightsville, so I decided to rent to responsible people that will respect my property and enjoy the beautiful surroundings as much as we have! I have spent my entire life vacationing in this area and also was a graduate of University of North Carolina at Wilmington, only minutes away. I am usually minutes away in the event that you need information or assistance!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I became the owner of Unit 4B after the unfortunate passing of my mother, and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy such a prime piece of real estate in the absolutely most desirable location of Wrightsville Beach.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Station One is centrally located within walking distance or a short drive to many wonderful restaurants. There are a wide variety of activities. We have tennis courts on the property, a small basketball court, plenty of gas grills on the ground floor for grilling out, ping pong, a lovely swimming pool, and even an entertainment room that can be reserved for larger gatherings. There are washers and dryers right down the breezeway. Wrightsville beach has a wonderful walking/jogging 'Loop' that is approximately two and a half miles long, that encircles the middle of the island. There is a storage room for bicycles, and a few that can be checked out at the office.
