Detta är en charmig, nyligen ombyggd 2 sovrum / 2 bad egendom med stora helt nya främre uteplats inom 4 minuters promenad till stranden och spår och 10 minuters promenad till piren, centrum och Amtrak. Fastigheten ligger på en lugn gata och har av gatan parkering.
Hela hemmet har travertinliknande kakel hela och är ljus och glad. Sovrummet och vardagsrummet öppnar för en stor helt ny uteplats med sittplatser och paraplyer.
Det finns wifi, 55 "smart TV, DVD och ljud bar i vardagsrummet med skjutdörrar som öppnar till den stora främre uteplatsen. Det finns en gas log spis och bäddsoffa.
Köket har nya rostfria vitvaror, gasutrymme, ismaskin och diskmaskin. Den är välutrustad med alla redskap.
Det finns en king size-säng (kan göras upp som 2 tvillingar) i ett sovrum. Det andra sovrummet har en queen murphy säng, pentry och sittplatser. Den har en skjutdörröppning till bakre uteplats och gasgrill.
Båda badrummen är nykakade med glasdörrar. Garaget har ett bordtennisbord, fotboll och alla strandspår och tvättmaskin / torktumlare.

Great San Clemente location

We loved our stay here. Downtown and the beach in walking distance. Quiet neighborhood and ideal accommodations. All we could have wanted for our trip to Cali for our son's wedding.

Great vacation!

Perfect Place for us!

We had a great time. Diane was so helpful and her place has everything we needed. It' s also in the best location. Close to family friendly beaches and great food!! Try Sanchos Tacos if you go...YUM!

My kids loved the house and the game room in the garage and the walk to the beach. We walked to the downtown area and had crepes for breakfast one day. Thank you for a great week!

Wonderful location; very comfortable property.

An Absolute Dream Stay at La Paloma!

Our stay at La Paloma was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully curated to make our vacation effortless and unforgettable.The location is unbeatable — just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made daily trips to the ocean a breeze. We didn’t even need to load up the car, which was a huge bonus, especially with kids in tow. Plus, the nearby shops and local spots were charming and convenient, offering everything from coffee and treats to unique souvenirs.The house itself was incredibly accommodating. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with every amenity we could possibly need (and more!). Whether it was the fully stocked kitchen, cozy lounging spaces, or the little touches throughout, it truly felt like a home away from home.One of the biggest highlights was how family-friendly the property is. There were activities for kids of all ages — including ping pong, beach gear, and entertainment that kept everyone happy and engaged. The attention to detail was remarkable.La Paloma truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, relaxing, and fun. It’s rare to find a place that checks every box, but this one absolutely did. We’re already planning our return!

Family Vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Comfortable, clean, well stocked! The location was great, you can walk to the beach as well as the Main Street with the restaurants and shopping. Diane was the best host. Very easy to reach and quick to respond. We would love to stay again on our next visit to San Clemente.

Beach weekend!

We stayed with 2 other couples & loved every minute! It’s a 10 min walk to the beach & this property offers a great location, friendly neighbors & a lovely patio area. Diane had extra boogie boards, chairs and kites for beach activities & makes sure that you are well taken care of!

Another great stay!

This is our second stay at this wonderful house and we can't say enough about the experience! The location is walking distance to the beach and so close to a range of restaurants and shops. The house is clean and stocked with just about anything you need - from the fully stocked kitchen where you can actually cook a meal to laundry detergent and paper products to get you started to plenty of beach towels. Garage is loaded with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and more. Street is fairly quiet with typically neighborhood traffic and people walking to the beach. We can't wait for our next visit.

What a lovely spot for a beach getaway

Diane's home truly feels like a home. She's thought of everything: plenty of towels, comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, well-appointed bathrooms, plenty of off-street parking and even a live orchid on the coffee table. My 84 year-old mother said that this is the nicest rental home she's ever stayed in and she's a world traveller. We will definitely be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Diane's house is beautiful and comfortable and we wanted for nothing! Really appreciate that we didn't have to lug two pack n plays from AZ for our kids, too! The highchair was an added bonus. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio and enjoying the weather. We're already talking about coming again.

Great vacation property

Our week visit to San Clemente was fantastic due to how great this vacation rental was! Fully stocked and very comfortable for our family of 4. The large patio was our favorite spot to hang and enjoy the perfect weather. Our kids loved the garage, equipped with a ping pong and foozball table, boogie boards and sand toys. Diane has thought of everything!

Great location in a magical community

Walkability, great amenities/supplies and a quiet neighborhood are the keys to this San Clemente rental. We had no issues with our upstairs neighbors at all, but note that the sound travels easily. If you’re a noisy brood, plan to stay elsewhere to maintain the quiet all around you. The patio was excellent!

Loved every minute of our stay.

Diane was wonderful to work with. She always replied quickly to the few questions we had. The property was perfect for our family of 5. Enough room for all of us and walking distance to the beach. I love San Clemente and Diane’s home allowed us to really experience it all. My whole family agreed it was the best beach trip we’ve done so far. We will definitely return again. Thanks Diane!

We went to the beach in San Clemente for many years when our three sons were growing up and have many fond memories. We love the area and feel fortunate to have a home here. We live about twenty minutes away and love coming here. When we retire it is totally possible that we will move here.
