Beautiful Views, Great location

Beautiful view of the ocean, in a central location. Easy waking distance to both the pier, and shops and restaurants. The place was clean and a great place to stay. Would book again!

Overall a 3/5 because the pull out bed was dirty with crumbs and smudge marks, toilet kept running all day/night, and there was glass in the carpet. Beautiful view from deck and close to beach!

Fabulous beach stay

Valerie's place was fantastic . An ideal location close to the beach with the added bonus of the pool suited us perfectly. The house itself had everything we needed.

Loved it!

We loved our stay!! The location is wonderful! It's right by the beach, restaurants and a trolly stop that takes you around town. The property was lovely and we really enjoyed the condo!

Week in San Clemente

Condo was nice and conveniently located to the beech. Main living area was quite nice with beautiful views of the ocean but the bathrooms could use an upgrade. A few general maintenance things as well.

Perfect location for a quick weekend beach vacation

Really enjoyed our weekend getaway in San Clemente. The property is very close to the beach and pier - perfect for morning coffee and watching surfers.

Beautiful San Clemente

Great location. An easy downhill walk to the pier, beach and a few restaurants. Views from the outdoor balcony are amazing. Rental unit is large and in good shape.

Perfect spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay! The condo is very spacious and well situated. We walked everywhere - from coffee to surf to dinner. We loved the views and ocean breezes! The pool area is quite nice and everyone at the complex was very friendly. Checkin was a breeze. Finding the parking spot and trash bins was tricky but everything else was seamless. We’d definitely recommend this place and likely will book again next spring when we come back!

Great View, Excellent Location,

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo checked all the boxes for our family of five. Great view of the ocean and city, walking distance to all of the restaurants both at the beach and Avenida Del Mar [5 min walk]. You really don't need a car. Additionally, there is a free trolly that stops right outside the gate of the complex. The furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen has all the cooking supplies you will need if you feel like cooking. Hot tub + heated pool if you don't feel like going to the beach. The grounds are kept very nice, the complex is very quiet. We hope to be back soon!

Great location! Awesome view!!

Pros: Awesome view of ocean/pier, within about a five minute walk to pier, shopping and restaurants. Quite complex, not a lot of people around. Beach and pool towels provided. Cons: payment process(final payment was collected a month late) comfort of furniture (sofa, dining room chairs, king bed). Walk back from the pier is a bit steep. PS: washer and dryer works fine. sheets, dishes and towels were clean.

It is in wonderful condition, well equipped and has lots of amenities. We spent a lot of time at the pool and in the hot tub. The condo is close to some of our favorite things....the ocean, Pier, beach trail, beach, great resturants, shopping, AND our precious granddaughter.We look forward to returning next year.

Nice vacation stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo. Building is in a perfect location. Steps to the beach. Pool and Jacuzzi in the building. Condo itself was very beach. Had all the amenities we needed, including two pak n play for baby (we brought our own but didn't need to). The only downside is how warm the condo gets. This may be because it's a corner into. Condo includes three standing fans but some rooms seemed hard to cool down. Even with windows down it was muggy, but that is to be expected with most condos near the beach.

Perfect Location and View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Rental was perfect to accommodate my family during our stay. It was 1hr from the San Diego airport. So many restaurants within a mile and walkable if you can walk the hills. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning and night people watching and listening to the waves. There is no A/C but in Oct. we really didn't need it there were fans if needed. There were a few things that could use some attention like the toilet in one bathroom that wobbles and the ice maker did not work. One thing I wish there was when we arrived was some information of the immediate area grocery store, shops, restaurants where garbage/recycling goes and how to prepare for move out. Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was awesome. The condo itself is nice though a little rundown. The unpleasant experience was our interaction with Valerie, the property manager. She gave us the wrong code for the lockbox, after hours she finally got back to us with a few other codes to try, no apologies that we’d spent hours trying to get into the property. At one point the deadbolt to the property was rusted and stuck and the key wouldn’t open it. 2 of our party were locked in a d 3 of us were locked out. We finally called her for assistance, she was defensive and rude in trying to assist us. Said she lived hours away a d couldn’t do much. I asked that she please call a locksmith to help since we’re were locked in and out and she didn’t offer to do that either. Our conversation was not progressing and my party was quite frustrated so we ended the call and continued to try the key. After an hour more it finally gave and we didn’t use the lock for the rest of the trip. Our interactions with Valerie chalked this trip up to a negative experience and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Close to Everything But Noisy & Stuffy

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as pictured, with a beautiful view of the beach & pier and was easy walking distance to restaurants & shops. However it was quite hot & there was no A/C so we had to open the bedroom windows/blinds, which were rusty & hard to use. The bedrooms were warm & stuffy, and we had trouble sleeping due to noise from motorcycles, cars, people partying, etc. The kitchen faucet was broken, and we were told it would be fixed but was not. Before we even stepped foot in the apartment, we were sternly commanded to review the rules for the elevator, rules for the pool, etc. We certainly understand the need for policies, but please be more welcoming to your weary guests and just post them in the apartment. For the price we paid for this rental, we should have received more laundry soap, toilet paper, and dishwasher tablets. Yes, we were "warned" but 2 loads of laundry for 4 people for a week is not enough, particularly when we were asked us to wash beach towels before we left. We're not rationing for the war. Go to Costco, buy them in bulk, make everyone happy.Finally, it took longer than expected to receive our rental deposit due to some kind of glitch.
