Situated high and sunny with a great view and a private secluded garden in a nature setting with a large deck - only 200 m to the lake.
The house offers everything for a pleasant stay â the perfect mix being close to the beautiful nature and getting into the city in under 35 minutes with bus,or 20 min by car!

Hi,
Me and my husband Peter and our 2 teenage sons are living in Tyresö, just south of Stockholm city in a large villa.
We love living so close to the city but still having the forest, nature and lake right by us. During vacation we enjoy spending time on our motor boat in the Archipelago, making the most of the Swedish summer.
We are very easy going and social, and appreciate to travel and to get to know new people and places.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We love the location with a lot of nature and the lake, 5 min away to take a swim in the lake or go for a run.. but still close to Stockholm city by bus and car.
We fell for the house's high location, which means it is very private when you are outside as well. Having the forest as a neighbour at the back deck feels very relaxing every day..

Vad som gör detta boende unikt
I think it is the house itself, being designed with so many windows, high ceiling and with open planning on the 2nd floor - meaning it is great hanging out in and very social. In the summers the 3 doors the deck stays open and expands the living area outside.
The 1st floor has a 2nd living room and extra kitchen, so being two families or a large group is very comfortable.
In the summer - May to October - our Spa (39 deg Celsius, and the Swim spa w jet beam, 28 deg Celcius) is fun for both kids and grown ups.
Have a drink in the pool over looking the lake. Use our large Weber Gas grill or the Charcoal grill for dinners...
