Great Place for Family

The property was perfect for families. Had everything needed to relax after a long day at Universal Studios. The game room and lake was great for fishing and keeping the kids busy. Would stay here again!

Everything You Need & for a very comfy stay!

Really enjoyed the house. Well stocked and very clean. The neighborhood & gate staff always alert & friendly which is not often the case other places. Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.

Beautiful and Perfect Home for Family

We are family of 4 . Stayed in a house From December 22 2021 to January 1st 2022. We did really enjoyed our stay! Such a quiet neighborhood, clean streets , private subdivision! Very easy check in and out! Most important: safe Credit Card processing! Elite Florida Vacation Homes are safe and confidential. I will book it again and will not change a thing except ONE: I will not pay extra for Pool heated system: it was just a pool blanket that didn't make water much warmer , but we STILL enjoy the pool days at the end when it was 85 degrees outside. Thank you so much .

Bright and clean.

Was happy to walk in and see how clean, open and bright the home was. Pool had algae, but it was to cool to swim anyway. That said, had it been warm weather I would have been very disappointed. Didn't bother rental agency since was too cold anyway. Confident they would have taken care of it immediately. The rental agency staff were very cordial both on phone and in person. I would rent this home again if I was in the area. The adorable baby ducks in the pond were a bounus.

Spring break 2021

Very clean. It was just the right amount of space for us. Please consider getting a new mattress for master bed. There are some minor repairs and updates needed. The fake flowers need to go. We enjoyed the pool

The property is good shape. It has everything you need in order to relax and unwind. The description and pictures are exactly what you get no more no less. We usually stay on Disney property but wanted to change it up and this was great for our needs.
