This 3B/2B home with enclosed private pool on your lanai and a lake in your backyard is perfect for family or group traveling to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is located in a beautifully manicured resort community called Lake Berkley with a huge lake on the grounds for fishing, picnicking, or jogging around. The home is also conveniently located within walking distance to Super Walmart for any shopping and essential needs!

- Family room with comfy couches and a dining room area with a large table that seats 6 people for a nice sit-down meal.

The Lake Berkley Resort community is only minutes from the famous Walt Disney World Complex and many of the other popular Orlando theme parks and attractions. The resort is also known for its immaculately maintained grounds, 24-hour security gate, and great on-site amenities gym, cyber cafe, table tennis, swimming pool, and a children's splash pool area, free to all guests of the resort.

In addition, on the resort grounds you’ll find a children's playground, tennis and basketball courts, a picnic and BBQ area, walking/jogging/cycling trail that goes around the lake and a fishing pier with a small sandy beach nearby. You can “catch and release” fish in this lake. It’s a beautiful way to connect with nature in a tranquil environment. It’s also a terrific activity for the young ones. The 14-acre lake is stocked with fish and there are fishing rods and tackle you can use supplied by the resort or for the more savvy fisherman/woman, you may want to bring your own supplies or stop at Walmart for fishing rod and gear.

The Neighborhood:
The home is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you have loads of resort-like amenities and activities such as:

- Pool, gym, sports court, and a jogging path around the lake.
- 14-acre stocked lake with a fishing pier and nearby beach for fun in nature with the family.
- Nearby restaurants for a family dinner night or an adult night out and outlet malls too.
- Great golfing in the area like Disney’s Lake Buena Vista and Falcon’s Fire Golf Courses.

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The home is 28 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Lake Berkley Resort community. Here are some of the most visited/famous places in Orlando and nearest shopping centers:

Other Things to Note:
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

This 1365-square-foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a heatable private pool with a great view of the lake!

- If you're booking through a reservation platform where we are the merchant of record, a $300 USD security deposit will be charged before your arrival and subsequently refunded 5-7 days after your check out, providing no damages were caused during your stay. Please note that a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted from the transaction.

Wifi, cable, parking, bed linens, and towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.

The private pool or Jacuzzi can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge and is only available for reservations of 3 days or more. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.

There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.

Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
