Stella Luna är en stor klyfta front, enfamiljshus som sitter direkt vid stranden på Cape San Blas. Detta 4 sovrum, 3 badrum hem är i ett utmärkt läge nära Pilgrimsmussla Cove Marathon station, bara förbi bergväggen som halvön böjer in i Mexikanska golfen. Det är lätt att komma över gatan till den nya cykelvägen som sträcker längden på Cape San Blas, och det är en mycket kort avstånd till en kajak ingång på bukten.

Detta djurvänliga hem har både öppna och täckta däck på båda nivåerna av gulfside. Det finns också en hund grind vid trappan som har åtkomst till socker vita sanden. Med stadiga, trä picknickbord på huvudnivån däck, det finns så mycket utrymme för att roa dig utanför eftersom det är inuti.

Det finns underbara klyfta utsikt från var som helst på huvudnivån och en privat, klyfta främre däck som kan avnjutas av övervåningen sovrummet. Great week at the Ocean

The place was great. The location was great. The fishing was great and the scalloping was great. One week wasn't long enough. The sunsets are beautiful. Can't wait to come back.

Great place to relax with your dogs

The key pad did not work. Maintenance came out, could not fix it. Then a lady brought us a key. The key did not open any of the doors- it turns out you need the dead bolt key and the doorknob key for the door facing the street. The lady did not check this, she just dropped off one key and left. I called back. The lady on the phone that time was short with me, but she sent another person. This lady finally got us in the house with two keys.All the check in drama aside, the property mgmt company responded timely. The house is perfect- the patio allowed us to sometimes leave our dogs on the patio while we went swimming. They could see us and were not stressed out. We will definitely come back here.

Pristine Properties Management Company is nothing but Pristine

The house and location is great! The issues addressed through the management company and via google reviews are not being addressed. If you are booking this location make sure you do not need anything from the management company. Bedroom TVs do not work, wifi may not work, there are roaches, the upstairs non master shower has no water pressure, the fridge cooling setting knob is broken so your food will be room temp at best, something is up with the plumbing/septic/sewage - any time water was used in in the house the kitchen sink would gurgle with backup.

Perfect home!

We so enjoyed our stay at stella luna. it was our first time at cape san blas and staying at stella luna helped make it the best time. i loved the layout it was very open; i could bake in the roomy accessible kitchen and look out at the sky clean which is literally a few feet from the home. each bedroom was situated to provide enough privacy. the master bedroom was huge with its own private deck looking out to the ocean. our pups loved being on the beach. we had neighbors but it was still private. the furniture was comfy and there were plenty of windows with natural light and ocean views. we didn’t have any issues with our stay or the property. we loved cape san blas; it is our new florida destination. and we loved staying at stella lina! we plan to return.

Happy Family

We had such a wonderful stay! The location on the beach couldn’t be better, and the home was clean and comfy. I had some concerns about issues mentioned by previous renters, so I CALLED Pristine before our trip, and they were incredibly responsive. The dishwasher issue was electrical and had been repaired. I was assured that if I had any problems with the home that I could call them and they’d send someone to the home. We had no reason to call them during our stay. Most beach homes will have close neighbors, as this one does. The house next door is being rebuilt, since the Cape had a hurricane two years ago. Every yard will have sand burs, and the beach will have insects. No matter which house you choose. Is is perfect? No. Is it a great house to spend a week on the beach with your family? Absolutely! We’ll definitely return!

The place was nasty and not well taken care of!

First off when we got there the door was unlocked, I just figured they forgot to set the code, but later found the code machine didn't work. We all had driven nearly four hours and needed to put our cold items in the fridge, but before doing so we had to clean it. The countertops had some spots that were also dirty and sticky, along with the microwave. As we tried to cook supper we discovered that the oven was not only dirty, but also still covered in the oven cleaning solution. We had to clean it as well. After supper, when trying to clean up the kitchen we then found that the dishwasher had been neglected for some time due to all the nasty, gross things growing inside it. We decided not to spend our time cleaning that, so we hand washed the dishes, which we had to scrub old food off, before using. After supper was bath time for the kids. We went to the bathroom and after pulling the curtain back I found dirt rings and hair, lots of hair, in the tub. GROSS! There was even a shampoo bottle ring! I went to another bathroom thinking we would just use that one. Wrong. It was dirty as well. Either way I had to clean one for the kids. The shower curtains also had mildew on them. Yuck! The light switches in the master bathroom were also filthy. So many thing were dirty. The carpet looked as if it had been not vacuumed due to finding food, hair, again lots of hair! We tried using the vacuum, it did not work. Since we could not check in until 4:00, we did not make it to the place until sometime after 4:30. By the time we had discovered all the things that were wrong it was already after 5. Pristine Properties was closed. We had to wait until the next day to talk with them. While up at the Pristine Properties building there was a note on the door requiring one person from a party at a time. While I was inside telling them how dirty it was, while no one but myself was wearing a mask, the lady did not seem to care about our problems. Her solution was I'll send someone over to clean it for you. Really?! I already did it! It had to be done in order for us to have stayed the night. It should have been cleaned properly before we got there! My family has been going to Cape San Blas for several years. My grandmother who was with us said they have gotten bad about their up keep and cleanliness over the last few years. It use to not be like this. We are tired of arriving at dirty places that make us pay hundreds in cleaning fees. I think we are done with the Cape.

Overall great vacation with a few disappointments

House is wonderful. Master bed is especially comfortable! Pictures don’t show how close other homes are. With that being said, view of the gulf was absolutely amazing. Dishwasher does not work. Had to hand wash all the dishes, which was an issue because we cooked all 3 meals for 7 days. Sand spurs were an issue for the dogs. And the mosquitos and biting flies drove us mad until the locals told us about Australian gold tanning lotion. That worked well. The most disappointing thing was the construction that happened at the property directly next to us the whole week. A total Inside demolition of an abandoned home that sat less that 10ft from the back deck. Constant hammering and sawing. Debris being thrown out Of the windows into a massive dumpster. It was so loud and distracting. Everything else was perfection. Thank you so much for a grand vacation. I’ll be back during a different time of year to avoid the bugs. Please replace dishwasher and address the sand spurs for our fur babies! Also please let people know in advance if construction will be happening during their stay. Thanks

The property was as described. New carpet and paint and furnishings were nice. The bathrooms and kitchen were a little dirty and needing some refreshing. The bed on the main floor had a broken box spring which made it sag in the middle. Looked like someone had jumped on it, and the owner likely didn't even know. We informed them. The fan/light in the queen bedroom on the 3rd floor didn't work. We had maintenance come twice and couldn't fix it. It may need to be replaced. It was a good size house for our group of 7. Completely sufficient and pleasant for our week in our favorite place, the cape. The whole area is still reeling from Michael which is evident in construction, beach, wildlife, and infastructure. We came, as we have for over 14 years, to help put money back in to the economy to help. We had a great week and will be back.

Nice, Private Getaway

Pros: Doesn't "share" a view or beach access with any other houses. New balcony/deck. Removed sand berm creating even better beach access/view. Strong internet. Had much of what we needed. Cons: Ongoing damage/repairs to roof from hurricane were not disclosed. Management knew of non-functioning showers in 2 of 3 bathrooms and did not take initiative to resolve before our arrival. Yale Smart Lock doesn't work well at all = not secure/difficult to unlock. A/C thermostats have bugs that cause them to reset themselves to 79 F. Management never answered our messages in the app they want you to use. Overall: Still was a great stay. Would recommend and/or stay again.

wonderful vacation

This is a great house directly on the beach and facing beautiful sunsets. The dunes have been eroded over the years and makes the walk down to the beach a little challenging for older folks, but you are only steps from the water. This is exactly what we were looking for, wonderful beach, no crowds, pretty much everything you need in the kitchen, great board games, AC worked great, no problems. loved it!!! thank you for great memories with the family!!
