Sandcastle överlevde orkanen Michael. Vi har slutfört reparationer och större uppgraderingar. Vi välkomnar våra gäster från och med januari 2019.

Välkommen till Sandcastle!
Där ditt liv aldrig kommer att vara detsamma efter den tid du använt i vårt Gulf Front strandhus.
Ta mindre än 20 steg kort promenad på vår privata strandpromenad till den prestigefyllda sockersandstranden Cape San Blas för att njuta av solen, simma, jaga skal eller ta en promenad.

Njut av den spektakulära utsikten över havet, stranden och solnedgången från de två främre sviterna på Gulffront som har privata bad.

Detta mycket rymliga, öppna planlösning med 10ft takhus har allt som behövs för en avkopplande familjesemester. Vi, ägarna, har ett mål att erbjuda våra gäster en känsla av att vara hemma på stranden. Detta mål uppnås genom att erbjuda en ren, rymlig design av 10 "tak stort rum, uppgraderad inredning, bekvämligheter, fullt lager kök och täckt parkering!

Njut av den förstorade verandade verandan för att bara koppla av, morgonkaffe, läsa en bok, titta på delfiner och världens vackraste solnedgångar (se foton på listan).

Dina barn kommer att njuta av sitt privata rum med TV.

Gratis bredband-trådlösa och Cat 5-anslutningar! Gratis kabel-TV, fyra TV-apparater, DVD-spelare med Netflix-anslutning.

Summer 2025 trip

Had issues getting in touch with property management upon arrival, to get lock box code. However after getting code had no other issues and house was as advised. I would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Location

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The location was awesome (right on the beach, walkable to several little places for food, conveniences, etc). Loved having the screened in porch + the lower deck which we utilized a lot depending on the weather/time of day.

We were scheduled while hurricane Debbie was active, Thankfully it missed us but the owners were responsive to my inquiries and I was comfortable with their assurances. The house is clean and well decorated. Great place!

Great property!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the house, it is the perfect size for my family of six (but it can accommodate more people). It was clean and nicely decorated with everything you need. We also love that is is right on the beach and within walking distance of the store, the donuts and Peachy’s restaurant.

Our family had a wonderful week staying at Sandcastle. The home was comfortable and well equipped. We especially loved eating meals on the screened porch. The beach is beautiful, and just a few steps away on the pretty little boardwalk. We would love to come back next year.

Bucket list fire on the beach

The house was exactly as described. Very clean and everything we needed. Directly on the beach. We would certainly recommend this house and location for families. The kids made friends and played on the beach while we enjoyed the fire. We roasted marshmallows and the sunsets were gorgeous.

Amazing stay

Steps to the beach, walking distance to the trading post and shrimp company. Couldn't ask for more. House was clean and well equipped. Mom/kids had plenty of naps on the pull out bed in the living room. Ate takeout lunch from the shrimp company on the beach. It felt like home which means a lot. We will be back!

Family vacation

This house did not look like a rental, and we've stayed at many. The pictures did it justice; the house was very clean (we were impressed), well maintained and nicely decorated to look like a real home instead of a vacation rental. Holly was very prompt with communication and made booking the house a pleasure. We loved Triple Tails restaurant and snorkeling in the bay. Beautiful beach + wonderful house = fabulous vacation! Would highly recommend this property. Thank you, Holly and family, for providing a great place to vacation!

Lovely view

We got to experience the tropical depression side of Hurricane Sally, so the weather was not ideal. But the beach is gorgeous! The view is perfect! The house was great for sheltering thru the storm. Plenty of room for six of us. Kitchen is well stocked. Games and puzzles and books available for the long days inside.

Best Vacation Ever!!

We stayed in Sandcastle for birthday and anniversary celebrations!! WOW!! This house is amazing! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is so open and well equipped!! The beach was so beautiful with a little short path from the house. If you are planning a vacation on the Cape, this rental is a must! We will definitely be renting again and again. The pictures DO NOT do this house justice!!

Great Location and House!

This is a great property. Superb views and great open space concept. The house itself is well stocked with dishes, linens, towels, and beach goodies. The beach itself is 20 feet away from the soft sand Cape San Blas beach. Walking distance to the Trading post for groceries, alcohol, donuts, and ice cream. The only cons I have are the beds are uncomfortable and probably due to be replaced and I wish there was a propane grill instead of charcoal. But those are minor and I will definitely book again.

Home Away From Home

Sandcastle was everything we hoped for and much more. It is very well maintained, very well stocked, and very clean. The beds are really comfortable. The screened porch was a huge bonus! Access to the beach was a little challenging but we worked around that. Obviously that is something that can’t be helped. Did not hinder our beach experience at all. The homeowners are great to work with. If you’re looking for your home away from home, look no further. Highly recommend Sandcastle!

A small slice of heaven!!

Staying at this vacation home was a small slice of heaven. . When you hear that a home is just steps to the beach, this home literally was. The beach was your backyardI. I have never been so close to the ocean. The spacious screened in porch was one of my favorite features. The sunsets each night and sleeping to the sound of the ocean waves was heavenly. The home was immaculate and had everything you can ever need. Very warm and cozy. This vacation home was perfect with having children since you can watch them play on the beach while sitting on the back porch. We especially enjoyed the bonfires on the beach at night since we have never been to a beach before that allowed bonfires. If you need anything, the Trading Post general store is right within walking distance to the house. If you are looking for a peaceful and one of the most relaxing vacations you will ever have, this is the house for you!!!

The perfect getaway

We loved everything!! The only surprise is that the furnishings and flooring have changed from what is presented in the listing. The colors are darker and not very beach-like. It didn’t really bother me because I was outside or on the screened porch all day long but family members who were inside more commented on the dark colors and the difference from the listing. I would suggest updating the photos in the listing.

3 weeks of Heaven

We arrived three days after Helene. There was no visible damage to Port St. Joe and only minor erosion on the beach, which quickly recovered after a couple of high tides. The house is clean and well appointed. All appliances work. Lots of towels, wash cloths, and cookware. Visitors have perfect unobstructed views of sunsets. Dozens of dolphin. I would easily rebook this house.
