This terrific property features a cozy king bed in the Primary bedroom and a set of comfortable twin beds in the second bedroom, perfect for a small group of guests. A full bathroom on each level allows for ample space for getting ready and provides a spa like feeling for the guest.

Small media room on the second floor is perfect for quiet conversation, reading, or watching tv.

Back yard and deck are shaded by a large tree and encourage conversation and connecting. Guests can enjoy grilling or just sitting around the fire pit with ample seating for all.

On street parking at the front of the house as well as a parking pad and garage at the back of the property. Will need to use half street behind property to access teh garage. Beach items, beach chairs, and bikes are stored in the garage and are available for your use.

Your stay will provide you with WiFi, heating, AC, and a full size washer and dryer. Full kitchen allows for cooking and baking during your stay.

Home is located blocks from the Oceanfront, the Boardwalk, multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping, as well as public transportation, festivals, and music venues.
