Cozy up next to the fireplace or take a relaxing bath in the claw foot tub.

4 kayaks, life jackets, Corn Hole, Ladder ball and Croquet are at your disposal.
Fish for Northern, Catfish, Bass and Carp right off the bank in the backyard.
Catch a glimpse of our resident wildlife- Bald Eagles, Osprey, Ducks, Geese, Blue Heron, and turtles just to name a few.
Extra sanitizing precautions are taken between guests.
Guests have access to the entire house and property as well as river access.

Main bathroom had a claw foot bathtub with handheld shower wand for rinsing and hair washing (no stand up shower)
Master Bathroom has a stand up shower, no bathtub
The entire house is NON-Smoking or vaping. You may smoke outdoors.
Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guest will receive a 50% refund for all nights
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, guest will receive 0% for all nights
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
