The balcony was amazing and we loved the spacious condo. Loved the space outside the front door for chairs and floats. The only complaint we would have is the king beds were not comfortable. Very firm mattresses.

Overall great! Loved the balcony with plenty of furniture. Really appreciated that the extras were left from previous guests - including the box outside of pool/beach floats and supplies and some items in the condo (baggies, spices, etc.). Communication via email was thorough. The parking was also above average - two spots and one was outside and not underground or in a tight spot. Would definitely return and recommend!

It's a small condo, so there are not many people waiting for elevators, which is a plus. Parking is a nightmare, so just get ready to park off the grounds. The kitchen is small, with no pantry, so if you’re traveling with kids, get ready to have your snacks on the counter. Other than that, the place was comfortable. The Place was clean. The beach was lovely.

Lots of kitchen amenities, clean and taken care of condo, huge balcony with lots of space to hang out with family, games to play and felt like home away from home! Can’t wait to stay again! Also huge plus, AC works AMAZING! We’ve been coming for years now and this is our FAV!!

Very nice condo. Great balcony, great view. Small maintenance issue handled within one hour first day. Only downside was overflow parking which was full most of the week so we had to pay for our second car but not end of the world 84 for the week. Not happy that the chair rental companies monopolize the beach front so we had to get up early to reserve beachfront for our tent, between the buildings per the rental company. Public beach or not? Otherwise we had a great trip and would recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience. The location can’t be beat - so convenient to everything. The condo itself was incredibly clean, spacious, and perfect for our large group (11...5 of which were kids). The ONLY downside was parking - we had three cars and the public lot was a little more expensive than we were expecting, but I’m nitpicking. We would love to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication is terrible! The booking online is a lie, the condo is not updated and needs a lot of work! Parking garage is a nightmare and the overflow parking is a joke be prepared to pay for parking at the public lot. Door lock doesn’t work right and will lock you out for awhile don’t bother calling emailing or texting the people because they don’t communicate with you. The bathrooms are gross and need work. The elevators are a nightmare. The balcony is nice and we did enjoy it. They actually came to the door and handed my husband a counter ice maker to put in the condo. The floors are black and they didn’t leave a vacuum or mop to clean them. Please wear your shoes. The communication was the worst!

Wonderful location

Check in was great. Very clean. Great views. Maintenence came to work on a tv while we were there and i would just have liked to been informed they were going to do the work while we were gone for the day. Other then that the place was very nice.

Perfect!

This condo was perfect! Access to the beach was convenient and great food choices were within walking distance. The condo was well kept & clean upon arrival. There was even a bin of beach stuff outside the front door which was an added bonus. There were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, we had the best sunset views from the 22nd floor! Some places we enjoyed were the Sunrise cafe & bakery, parlor donuts, the pour, the pier, pineapple Willy’s, the yard bar, and many more close places. Overall we would definitely stay here again, we visit Florida multiple times a year and this was a great place to stay! The only negative we could come up with was the sofa sleeper was broken so we had to double up in the bunk room.

Nearly perfect

Overall impression was very good. A beautiful condo in a great location with a phenomenal view. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We would have given an excellent review but for a couple of small things. The very small things were: no spare toilet paper; no spare trash bags; no dishwasher pods; and a 9a checkout (at least an hour too early)
