Härligt hem med 5 sovrum på vikblocket i det lugna Townsends Inlet-området i Sea Isle City. Njut av utsikt över bukten, spektakulära solnedgångar och topputsikt över havet från det stora däck utanför vardagsrummet. Huset ligger inom gång- / cykelavstånd till restauranger, shopping och lekplatser. Huset är ett nyrenoverat 3-våningshus med uppdaterade möbler och apparater. Övre våning: sovrum med king size-säng, privat badrum och privat däck med cocktailbord och utemöbler. Också på översta nivån är 1/2 bad, kök, matplats, vardagsrum, stort däck med grill, matbord och utemöbler. Andra våningen: 3 sovrum, 2 badrum och tvättstuga. Sovrum 1 och 2 har dubbelsängar och privata däck med utemöbler och utsikt över bukten. Sovrum 3 har två enkelsängar. Den första våningen är också ingångsnivån och det är där våningssalen ligger. Våningssalen sover 6 och har en soffa och sittgrupp. Det finns ett garage för 1 bil och en utomhusdusch.

Spacious property in a wonderful location

We had a fantastic time as a family of 8 with one small dog for a weekend escape. Beds for everyone, well appointed home and a quick walk to the beach’s. Plenty of parking. Stocked kitchen and gas grill was a great bonus. Also appreciated the extra mini fridge and freezer. The many decks were a huge bonus! Really comfy beds in the bedrooms! Only one better is for our preference of room darkening curtains in the primary bedroom but like I said that’s our preference of a very dark room. Owners were outstanding with communication and accommodation.

Excellent Place to Stay

We stayed for a few nights in the off season, but still had a wonderful time. The house was great and working with the host was very easy. Would love to stay here again!

A great stay in Sea Isle

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at this property. The home was very comfortable and and easy walk to the beach. The home is also in a cute area of Sea Isle and very close to Avalon. The property manager/owner was extremely responsive when we had questions.

Good location, wish a few things went differently

Overall we had an excellent time at the location but there were definitely some things I would consider to make the experience in this space better. 1. We were told for $150 we could have towels and sheets provided. Last minute that was canceled (we were refunded) but I was left scrambling to pack sheets for 9 beds and towels for 13 people. It was more than an inconvenience. Those things took up so much space we actually had to purchase a roof top carrier for our car and I had to buy sheets for four twin beds since we didn't own them for a bed that size. That is something I think the owner should take into consideration when making changes to a reservation with such short notice. It is, in my opinion, a bare minimum to provide the essentials but since they weren't even an option, it made the overall experience less positive. 2. The house wasn't clean, it was "good enough" I guess. The bathrooms had hair, soap scum on the walls, the jetted tub was moldy, (and I mean gross, I wouldn't bathe my children in it). There was a layer of dust on anything that wasn't touched by guests on a daily basis, so in that regard I was disappointed. The duvet covers were not clean, pillows were stained extensively, the ice maker had mold in it. I mentioned it to the owner and she said I could leave for a full refund. 3. There was nothing that made us feel welcome, the whole experience was cold. I was told the only thing provided was dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll or two of toilet paper in each bathroom and two rolls of paper towels. We had to pack like we were moving into a new house. We brought cleaning supplies, shampoo, coffee, etc. We ran two loads of laundry before the detergent ran out so we didn't even get the bare minimum. 4. I know how important ratings are so I'm not saying these things to negatively hurt this listing. I think it's important to be honest so that people can make the best decision for their family with their hard earned money. Long story short, I wouldn't stay at this property again but the area was definitely worth checking out! The restaurants, beaches, and boardwalk were all fun to experience with family. I would hope this would be taken as constructive criticism and not me "bashing" this property. I definitely think there is room for improvement for future guests.

Wedding Weekend on the Jersey Shore

The house in Sea Isle City (Townsend Inlet area) was spacious & clean, and provided a great place for myself, spouse and extended family. With my son getting married in Avalon, the location was minutes away from the church and the venues for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception (in Avalon & Stone Harbor). The house on Sea Isle also came with access to a beautiful ocean beach, which was a 5-minute walk away. Lastly, our host was very gracious and provided open and quick communication when needed. // Bob B.

Tina was very responsive and on top of everything. The house fit our whole group, was well stocked with kitchen items, towels, bedding, bathroom supplies, etc. We had plenty of space. Everyone enjoyed the weekend at the shore!

Perfect getaway!!!

The house was absolutely perfect and just as it was listed! The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen cookware we needed to cook our meals! Check-in was a breeze and the owner, Tina, was extremely helpful and had wonderful communication throughout our entire stay. The views of the bay were stunning (especially during the sunset). I would HIGHLY recommend this property for your stay in Sea Isle!

My family has been coming to Sea Isle City since 1950. We owned two little bungalows that we have since torn down and built two new houses. We built 209 82nd St in 2001, renovated it in the Springs of 2015 and 2023, and continue to update it annually. We own a separate house in Sea Isle and are ready to help with any suggestions to make your trip more special or if anything goes sideways and needs immediate attention.

Our house is located on the bay block of 82nd St. It's 4 houses to the bay where my children and grandchildren have grown up fishing and boating. It is a very family-friendly neighborhood with all but 2 houses being owner-occupied. We keep the house updated and revamp after every summer. The house is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach.

Our house is a few blocks from Shore Break Cafe, the cutest little bakery and coffee shop; Scoops, an adorable custard stand; and Blitz's, a fantastic grocery store. Many lovely restaurants are within walking distance from the house: Sole, Anthony's, Hanks Sauce, and Sunset Pier (you can eat and then rent a boat, jet ski, or paddleboard). There are also charming little clothing stores and a skateboard/surf shop. It's .5 miles to the ACME, CVS, many cute shops and restaurants, and the playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, and a skateboard park. All the kids ride their bikes there. It's wonderful. It's two miles to the Sea Isle City Boardwalk and the town center that boasts arcades, restaurants, and adorable stores. It's eleven blocks from Avalon's bridge, which is fun to take a walk or bike ride. It's beautiful. It's two miles to Avalon's town center with delightful shops, restaurants, spas, and a little boardwalk with an arcade, a playground, and more. It's six miles to Stone Harbor's town center with excellent shops, elegant restaurants, spas, a movie theater, little arcades, and put-put golf.
