We’ve been staying here at Thanksgiving several years now. Still as lovely as the very first stay! The house is clean, the kitchen is nicely equipped, the beds are comfortable, and you just can’t beat the view. It’s a great start for our holiday season.

Fantastic property and view

Aside from everything about the house, location, and view, I found the owner was always available and responded to any questions immediately! We ran into a slight problem with the garage door opener. I contacted the inner snd he had it repaired / no issues or questions. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a beach front experience.

Beautiful ocean front home

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach house was beautiful and very clean. The only problem was getting the internet to work, and the cable tv kept buffering. Other than that, it was the best house we ever stayed in. Too bad it's already booked for next Summer.

Wonderful property!

This house is ideally located in Sea Isle. It's far enough away from the center of town, but within an easy walk. The house was extremely functional (if you are OK with steps). It was clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

We had a few early season hiccups upon check in including wrong entry access code, (fortunately housecleaner was there to let us in) water was shut off, chirping smoke alarm and CO detector. However the owner and local handyman were very responsive so all was well and we had a comfortable, relaxing stay. The weather was stormy so we really appreciated the knock-out view and light interior spaces as well as opportunities to walk the bike path and beach between downpours. The house was a perfect setting to celebrate our 50th class year reunion before heading to Philly for the main event.

Lovely beachfront property

This home was beautiful, clean, and so close to the beach. The house rules were reasonable and fully specified. I happened to miss the “no linens provided” portion of the listing before arriving. I messaged the host who was very quick and friendly with his response, which I appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect House!

This is our second time returning to this house and it was just as perfect as the first time. Such a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck and living room! Walkable to anything you need. House is in great condition and very spacious! We will definitely be back!

Great location!

Perfect for our winter family getaway! Paul was so responsive when we arrived and water was shut off for winter. Easily walked us through it. House was great location, perfect room arrangements for our group of 8 adults! It was nice to have lots of parking space as well!

Nothing short of spectacular. Our third time here, and there have been some nice updates, the view is stunning and the convenience of being close to all the “action” is as impressive as ever. The owner is always responsive and helpful when necessary. A true gem; we’ll be back!

Excellent Sister Getaway !

Our time at this perfectly positioned home was great. We got extremely lucky with 3 straight days of sunshine and temps in high 70’s and low 80’s after 10+ weekends of rain !!! The sunrises and sunsets were like a little slice of heaven !!! Great time was had my four sisters and me !!

Mother and Daughters Annual Beach Trip to Sea Isle NJ

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and relaxing! The house is beautiful and its location is perfect. We enjoined visiting the shops and some restaurants in town, but the best part was just relaxing at the house…whether sitting on the front deck drinking coffee while watching the ocean and beach or sitting in the living room doing the same through the big sliding door. What a fantastic view! Also enjoyed walks on the beach looking for shells, dolphins, etc. Love this place and hope to go there again next year! ❤️❤️❤️

Lovely Beachfront

This is a lovely property, clean and spacious, weel appointed and well kept. The kitchen is all anyone could want, the furnishings are all very comfortable and the decor is outstanding for a beach rental. Communications with the owner were prompt and helpful. The neighbor could take a break from looking over the divider on the deck, but that aside, this is a lovely home. I’d definitely be loookig at another rental here.

Sea Isle City Is Terrific

We wanted to be close to the beach with three grandkids ages 3-1/2, 7, and 9. This wonderful beachfront home made going to the beach so easy and the upstairs deck let us sit and watch the ocean when we weren’t on the beach. The house is lovely but welcoming and family friendly and extremely spacious. We were so impressed with its central location and all of the restaurants and shops in walking distance. Our family had a wonderful and memorable week in Sea Isle City.

GREAT STAY!!

We had a GREAT week in Sea Isle. The view was amazing, the house was great, and Paul was very accommodating. Great house for families and friends to get together and enjoy some down time at the shore. Be sure to check out Dockside on Park while you're there ... excellent food and right on the water. Looking forward to returning next year!
