This highly sought-after Racquet Club townhome is ideally located on the free city bus route, just steps from the Park City Municipal Athletic & Recreation Center (MARC), and minutes from historic Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort. Nestled in the peaceful Park Meadows area, you'll have the best of both worldsâeasy access to outdoor adventures and city attractions, all in a serene mountain setting.
This updated 3-bedroom end-unit townhome is fully furnished and ready for your stay. Inside, you'll find a comfortable, well-appointed space with all the essentials, including a tankless water heater and water softener for added comfort.
Relax on the expanded deck, surrounded by mature pines and beautiful mountain viewsâa perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the nearby hiking and biking trails. With plenty of space and thoughtful amenities, this townhome is ideal for families, friends, and all those looking to experience the magic of Park City.
The Park City Municipal Athletic & Recreation Center (PC MARC), located just a 2-minute walk from the home, is a fantastic facility offering amenities such as seasonal lap and leisure pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball gym, a bouldering wall, an indoor track, and more. Please note that access to PC MARC is not included with your stay, as it is a separate facility. Guests would need to arrange their own access and any associated fees directly with the center. We're happy to provide contact information for the PC MARC so you can plan your visit!

During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement), and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well.
Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation.
There is an exterior door bell camera at the front door.
