Overlooking the pool, you can keep an eye on the kiddos while enjoying the shade and a cool beverage, steps away from the air-conditioned interior. When you’re ready to head inside, the breezy living room invites you to kick up your feet on the plush sofa and loveseat while streaming a new movie on the smart TV. Follow the cool tile flooring to the kitchen, fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, drip and single serve coffee maker, and all the cookware and dining ware the chef among you needs to prepare delicious meals right at home. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, deck access, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes a half bathroom.

• Open parking lot, 2 vehicles max for reservation. Parking is NOT allowed in front of the garage or IN the garage. Spaces are available next to the pool. Fines will be issued if vehicles are parked in front of the garage.
