We stayed for 6 weeks to get a feel for the Prescott area and to determine if we wanted to buy a home there. The rental is in a nice neighborhood with adequate areas to walk my dog. There were a lot of ants and misc. bugs in the house so regular pest treatment is needed. The rental did not have a water softener, so my hair and skin became very dry. Overall, Jonathan and his staff were very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Dining room was perfect, the toilets in both bathrooms had trouble flushing. The bath tub in the Master bathroom wasb.dirty and dusty and had hair in it from someone else. Bed was comfortable. Couch was soacious and comfortable. House overall was perfect for my needs

Very comfortable house to rent, the house room layout makes sense great room flow. Loved the comfortable furniture in the living room (after years of VRBO rentals the first thing I do when researching a rental is to look at the online pictures to see if the furniture looks comfortable if not I move onto the next rental, I hate when host place older or used furniture in their rental). Bed in master was comfortable . Nice quality towels in bathrooms. House was very clean,Host Johnathan was very easy to work with. Loved using the grill on the patio.

Neighborhood home

We selected to stay at this location to be close in for house hunting. It is convenient to other neighborhoods and downtown. We liked the fact that it has 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. The neighborhood is quite and safe.

Great location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property is in the middle of everything Prescott Valley, Downtown, Lakes, shopping. Jonathan the host was amazing and we thank him for helping us out with our stay. He made it work for us as contractor continued to delay remodel once we moved here. Very nice, safe neighborhood.

BOOK IT TODAY

We are 3 Seniors that love to hike and play in the water with our dogs. We also enjoy museums, galleries, fine dining and shopping. This is a difficult combination to fulfill in one vacation. WE GOT IT ALL! 3 different lakes with kayaks,canoes and pedal boats. Easy and medium hiking all within minutes of this gorgeous home. We met amazing and kind people at every turn. Out on the trails, a local person alerted us to a newly opened lake! We arrived in time to see the World's Oldest Rodeo. Downtown Prescott is only 15 minutes away. Whether you love to hike, bike or stroll along lakes or streams OR you love great food, Whiskey Row and the historic district with Galleries and Sharlot Hall... we haven't found a nicer place in Arizona.
