Close to airport, St Petersburg, Tampa and all the fun places. Beautiful Bay view - gorgeous sunsets. Morning & night deck relaxing/private moments worth the experience. Andrea supported our stay with top notch suggestions and assurance that we were going to enjoy our stay. Can’t say enough about the property and Andrea. The pool and bar topped everything off on the property- from morning coffee/breakfast to special sunset drinks. We will be back.

Great/Convenient Location

We loved the views and proximity to several excellent restaurants. The Rusty Pelican is a must. Parking was easy and getting everywhere was easy from Rocky Point. If we were to return to Tampa, we would definitely consider this location.

The property had wonderful sunsets from the balcony and great amenities. Andrea was very proactive to a minor problem and worked quickly to resolve the issue. Would definitely consider staying again next year.

Bayside Bar Pool Bums

The property is part private condos and hotel. It's nestled between some larger and newer properties and near a huge parking garage right on the Tampa Bay. We were most pleased with the feeling of safety, the small private beach, and definitely the pool and bar/restaurant. We had rented a Cadillac for our 3 1/2 day trip but only left the property for a short visit to a local market (for essentials like snacks, toiletries, and beverages) and to a graduation at a local college--which was the purpose of our trip. We spent most of our time in the pool area. The water was the perfect temperature, the lounge chairs were comfy, and the food and drinks were spectacular. The nachos! Wow. Beware of the lurking crows who will swoop down and steal your food if you're not careful. There was always good reggae music playing, and on Friday, a live one-man band in the evening. The condo itself was small but pleasant. It felt like old Florida to me but in a good way. The updates were nice enough. We didn't really spend much time inside...when we did, we were on the patio which overlooked the Bay. The owner, Andrea, was excellent communicating, even helping us find restaurants and a market.

Everything from start to finish was great! My host was super friendly and welcome to me like I was family and had known her forever! Location was amazing! Right by the water. Beautiful views of the sunset. It was perfectly cozy for two people, easy to get to from the airport. I would totally suggest staying there either as a single individual or as a couple!

A real find

Our experience was perfect in every way. The communications before check-on were thorough and timely. The accommodations are comfortable and inclusive, there was nothing that we wished we had. The location of the unit is incredible. Close to many types of restaurants. Within 15 - 20 minutes of the Tampa baseball and football stadiums. We can't wait to find another reason to visit.

Condo was fantastic, many extra touches that made our stay more convenient and comfortable. Very clean (and I am particular). Host communication was outstanding and within minutes. Host extremely helpful and kind with information on the area, if we needed any assistance, we were covered. View of the sunset was amazing, we even saw dolphins in the bay right in front of the balcony. Location is great, was peaceful and private. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
