Relax and enjoy the waterfront view of Tampa's only all-waterfront suite resort. This condo is situated for family and business travelers in mind. Perfect location just minutes from Tampa International Airport, Westshore business district, Clearwater & St. Pete beaches. This unique property offers amazing sunset views with great amenities, waterfront relaxation - This is nothing like your typical hotel. This is your peaceful getaway vacation unlike any other.

In this suite you will find a mounted wine bar that includes an LED mood lighting with remote control to change to your color preference. This unit was remodeled and updated with modern decor. It includes wifi, cable, a queen size bed with memory form mattress, and a sofa bed with a full size gel memory form mattress. Bedding linens and pillows are kept in a secure clear bag to preserve cleanliness and sanitized. In addition to cable TV channels we added 4K Fire stick to both TVs (in the living room and the bedroom) all you have to do is log into your Amazon account and you will then see the Netflix app. We also thought that it would be great to provide you with a personal assistant during your stay, you will meet Alexa in the living room. You can ask Alexa for the weather, to play music for you, order pizza, or ask how’s the traffic to the airport and much more.

The door features a smart lock that alerts you when the door is closed. Your personal code will be issued just prior to your arrival and will allow you to check in at your convenience. Please read the house rules prior to booking.

Excellent experience! The location and the view is perfect and the apartment was extremely clean. The communication with the host was great and she responded quickly to our messages. We can’t wait to be back!!!

Checkin was incredibly easy. The kitchen served its purpose, although I wish there had been a few more utensils and a larger baking sheet as we were 4 people. The coffee maker needed a good cleaning, but then worked very well. You could not beat the location, and we thoroughly enjoyed the view from the balcony every morning and evening.

Perfect beach place

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed for 3 nights after a cheerleading competition and greatly enjoyed the condo and chance to relax around the pool and in the sandy beach area with tiki torches and fire pit. The pool restaurant bar was also enjoyed!!

Great spot, but the mattress on sofa bed was not at all good for us! Only one night stay, thankfully. For 2 people I’d recommend, but not for 4. Pool was great temp. Small bar/restaurant was convenient, great fish tacos and fish sandwiches! Appreciated the k cups and bottle of wine in the unit

Great little condo

This was a great find! Fantastic location, great little sand area to watch the sunset, fantastic pool restaurant with great service. The condo is a little tight on space for a 2 adults and 2 teens but it was clean and had everything we needed!

Location was perfect. Close to attractions, close to spring training. Pool and restaurant on the grounds were great. The unit fit our needs and we were able to enjoy the beach and pool area on the grounds. We have booked for next year at this location. Our host communicated well with us.

Lousy room and false pictures

We have rented many properties fromVRBO over the years and never had a problem. In fact all the properties, I gave 5 stars. This wasn’t that. There was a big hole in the closet wall. The furniture was bought in the 60’s , I think. Sitting on the couch was like sitting in a hole. The chairs in the living room were very low and uncomfortable. The stools around the peninsula, were unsitable because you slid off every time. The toilet looked like a kiddie potty training tool, it was so low. The refrigerator was clunking for the entire time and nearly made any ice. The rooms were very small. Last and worst of all, the view was not even close to the pictures displayed on line. This was very disappointing to say the least

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Location was great! EVERYTHING else, not so much! The photos online show how this property used to look. NONE of these amenities were available. Parking was at a premium. The only working elevator was on the other side of the building! We had to navigate a dark, nasty staircase after having foot surgery. The security gate was broke. I did not feel safe in the parking garage or the stairwell due to a few men lingering around the area every evening. The whole property smelled of marijuana. Inside the unit was a disgrace! From the door bracket for a lock to the filthiness of the unit, all was very disappointing. You know it's bad when you need to wear flipflops in the shower because there is mold growing in the corners, which I am allergic to. We spent most of our time away from this unit due to all of these reasons and more. I couldn't wait to leave this unit and go home! I've never felt that way after a vacation. We came home exhausted, and our bank account a little lighter. We would never recommend this property to anyone.

Misleading

Aware of storms that hit this area in the fall, I contacted host twice inquiring as to the condition of property. No mention of damage was ever made. They had our full payment for 10 months.Neither VRBO nor direct communication with host led us to a fair resolution. Beach area was gone and fenced. Pool deck was buckled, broken and surrounded with same orange safety fencing. Elevator was not working. Debris from storm was piled throughout the garage. We checked out 1 week early due to unsafe and unusable areas. Shame on you, VRBO.

Die gesamte Anlage war wohl durch den Hurricane arg Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Sonnenterasse und Stühle gab es nicht, auch der Beachplatz war abgesperrt. Durch die Feuchtigkeit war im gesamten Gebäude ein muffiger Geruch. Das Einchecken gestaltete sich als schwierig, denn in mehreren E-Mails wurden verschiedene Türcodes angegeben. Das Apartment war oberfächlich sauber. Im Schlafzimmer war am Bett und an den Nachtschränken Schimmel. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und die Schlafcouch selbst für die Kinder eine Zumutung. Alles in Allem war die gesamte Einrichtung sehr abgewohnt.Dafür waren die Lage und die Aussicht perfekt.
