The Space:
Discover your Pocono retreat! This spacious 6-bedroom home sleeps 16 and boasts vaulted pine ceilings, an open-concept living area, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy main floor bedrooms with forest views and an upper loft with hanging chairs. The lower level features a theater, arcade games, and four bedrooms. Outdoors, relax in the hot tub , around fire pits, or on the deck with BBQ. Lake access is just steps away. Modern amenities include smart TVs, a coffee station, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Main Floor
Step into a grand space with vaulted pine ceilings and an open-concept living area. Relax on the oversized couch or gather around the large dining table. The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials you need to enjoy meals with the entire group. Not to mention an oversized dining table for 10, 4 barstools on the kitchen island, and another dining table on the front deck, there's plenty of space for everyone. Two cozy bedrooms on this level offer comfortable beds and forest views, just steps from a full bathroom.
Upper Level
Discover the serene primary bedroom and a charming loft with hanging chairs and a book collection, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
Lower Level
An entertainment haven awaits with a theater area, mini basketball, and Pac-Man arcade games. Four additional bedrooms provide ample space, including a fun billiards room with a mini bar cart. Each bedroom on this level is conveniently located near a full bathroom.
Outdoor Space:
Parking : up to 6 cars. No public or street parking available within the community
Deck & Yard
Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck with views of the Pocono pine trees, or use the propane BBQ for grilling. Two fire pitsâone on the front deck and one in the backyardâoffer cozy gathering spots, while the hot tub on the side deck promises relaxation. The backyard also features comfortable lounge seating and a large, well-equipped BBQ grill.
Lake Access: Just steps away across the street, you'll find easy access to the lake, perfect for swimming and relaxing.

Lake is directly across the street with a private path - 2 min walk (definitely worth stressing the ease of lake access and how you can get there within 200 steps of stepping outside!)

Greenwood Acres is a great HOA inside a private community with access to a beautiful lake ready for kayaking or paddleboarding.
Getting Around:
There is plenty of room to park each car in our extra large driveway. (garage not in use)

-Wawa / Tesla Superchargers (3 minutes)
- Jack Frost (10 Minutes)
- Big Boulder Mountain (15 minutes)

1. Minimum age to rent is 25
2. Quiet hours are 9:00pm to 8:00am
3. Life jackets are required for all residents and guests who use the lake (kayak, boat, any watercraft)
4. Fireworks are prohibited
5. A valid PA fishing license is required to fish in Lake Sinca
6. Glass containers prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and Lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.
7. Alcohol prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.
