Discover your Pocono retreat! This spacious 6-bedroom home sleeps 16 and boasts vaulted pine ceilings, an open-concept living area, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy main floor bedrooms with forest views and an upper loft with hanging chairs. The lower level features a theater, arcade games, and four bedrooms. Outdoors, relax in the hot tub , around fire pits, or on the deck with BBQ. Lake access is just steps away. Modern amenities include smart TVs, a coffee station, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Step into a grand space with vaulted pine ceilings and an open-concept living area. Relax on the oversized couch or gather around the large dining table. The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials you need to enjoy meals with the entire group. Not to mention an oversized dining table for 10, 4 barstools on the kitchen island, and another dining table on the front deck, there's plenty of space for everyone. Two cozy bedrooms on this level offer comfortable beds and forest views, just steps from a full bathroom.
Upper Level
Discover the serene primary bedroom and a charming loft with hanging chairs and a book collection, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
Lower Level
An entertainment haven awaits with a theater area, mini basketball, and Pac-Man arcade games. Four additional bedrooms provide ample space, including a fun billiards room with a mini bar cart. Each bedroom on this level is conveniently located near a full bathroom.

Greenwood Acres is a great HOA inside a private community with access to a beautiful lake ready for kayaking or paddleboarding.

There is plenty of room to park each car in our extra large driveway. (garage not in use)

5. A valid PA fishing license is required to fish in Lake Sinca
6. Glass containers prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and Lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.
