Luxury Estate med 8 sovrum och fyra badrum, 5000 kvm ft., Som ligger i Emerald sjöar gemenskap, fylld med bekvämligheter (inomhus- och utomhuspooler, tennisbanor, restaurang, basketplaner, sjöar och stränder). Du kommer att ha full tillgång till alla tillgängliga i samhället bekvämligheter. Kort avstånd till poolen, tennisbanor och stranden vid sjön. Huset har nyligen renoverats. Med helt nya möbler och nya rostfria vitvaror. House was perfect. We were a large family (10 adults &10 kids) plenty of room throughout. The yard was completely fenced in, fire pit, pool, hot tub, volleyball net, game room. Will definitely stay here again.

We had an outstanding week at this amazing property! The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean and comfortable and so very spacious! Between the large lovely rooms, the awesome game room, the big wonderful yard, the pool and hot tub….there was something for everyone, every minute of every day! Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend this House!

We stayed at this property for 5 days with my whole family- there were 24 of us- all ages. This home could not have been more perfect!! It was clean, spacious and fun. We all agreed we would totally rent this home again. It was also close to stores, water parks, etc. The owner was amazing with communicating when I had to message him- he replied back immediately. We really had such a memorable time. :)

We booked this house for a week long multi family vacation and could not be happier with our stay! The layout of the house was perfect for each family to have their own space yet still feel like they were part of the group. We never felt like we were limited on space. All amenities were as described and updated. We used both kitchens, the grill and fire pit. The pool and hot tub were used daily and both felt clean and safe. An absolute must rent for any large group looking for a staycation!

Perfect for a group!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a big girl's trip and it was perfect! The property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for us all to hang out. We ended up having a rainy weekend, but we used the incredible indoor space to hang out and play games! Highly highly recommend!! Great location! Plenty of parking in the driveway. We have 10 cars with room to spare.

Great for groups

The overall experience was great. The house is true to the photos. I would highly recommend bringing slippers or socks because the bottoms of everyone’s feet were black. Everything appeared to be clean, but I think there was a middle section of the house that was exposed to outdoors.

Great Friend Getaway!

Our group of 28 had a fabulous long weekend at the house! The layout was great and it didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. It also had a really nice central hang out space. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit were great! We didn't feel like we needed to leave the house all weekend. Eugene was quick to respond to questions. Would book again!

Gathering

We had a lovely stay in this house. We were 5 families with children ages 12 and up. Everyone is so busy with their lives so this house gave us the opportunity to slow down and make memories together. The house was clean and comfortable. The few issues we saw in the reviews were addressed and fixed. The one issue we had was unforeseen and inconvenient but we were able to resolve it. The amount of space and things to do on grounds made this a good spot for our family. We plan to return in the future.

Fabulous Property

Even though we didn’t have the most cooperative weather for half the week, we absolutely loved our stay at this home. The bedrooms are scattered across the house, allowing for quiet spaces when kids go down early. Pool is heated, without being uncomfortable. Hot tub was clean. Yard was huge and well maintained. Our entire group enjoyed our stay both inside and outside. Neighborhood was peaceful and deer filled, which the kids loved seeing on our walks. Host was responsive to questions. Only complaint would be more kitchen supplies (we were a group of 16) that would allow for less “batch” cooking. We also needed to buy aluminum sheet trays and baking dishes. Other than that, 10/10.

Property was very nice, and was represented as listed. The owner was VERY responsive in addressing the few minor issues we had during our stay.

Guys weekend away.

Was a phenomenal location and a great stay. Only downside was that the heated pool was not open. We did have a hot tub though! Otherwise it was perfect for our group and the property was as awesome as we expected it to be.

Great getaway with friends

We stayed here recently for a bachelorette party we had about 18 girls and we never felt crowded. There was so much space and everything matched the listing description. We did have a small issue with the water in the house but the owner was very quick to respond and the issue was resolved within a few hours. I would definitely rent this house again and recommend it to others with large parties.

Perfect getaway for a gathering of friends

It was my 40th birthday, we had about 21 people and it never felt crowded. Everything matched the listing and the host was great with communication. We would love to stay again and try out that pool.
