Surgery Trip

I had surgery at Sutter Memorial Hospital. Very close proximity—walking distance— and interesting area of Sacramento. Good place to convalesce for a few days before returning home.

Great Location

Great place to stay in Mid-Town. Can walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Quite neighborhood and apartment was modern and updated. Beds were really comfortable. Property Manager was great and responded if I had a question or needed anything. Definately going to stay here again.

So charming and bigger than you think!

I drove up and wasn’t quite sure what to expect but when I entered the apartment, I was verrrrrry pleasantly surprised! All of Sacramento had sold out months before for the annual wine industry convention and I stumbled across this lil’ diamond in the rough! Well appointed with everything you need! Comfortable bed in one room and hideabed couch in the other! Just what I needed ANNNNND at a great value! It’s also located close to a couple of brew pubs, one with bocce ball courts!

Walkable Midtown

A very nice and clean apt. Walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Quiet and offers off street parking. I would stay here again. I felt safe. This building has 4 apt’s. I stayed in Apt 4. There was an issue one night with the apt below me but the manager called immediately to let me know what was going on and it was taken care of quickly. I appreciate the communication being so efficient.

Staying in this historic apartment was wonderful. The place is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and very clean. All instructions were complete and clear. There was even a guidebook with tips for the area. The neighborhood is charming and close to the Capital and Old Town. My friend and I walked less than a mile to really good restaurants. The owner was very responsive and almost immediately answered all questions as we were booking and throughout our stay. It seemed like Tim really cared that we had a good stay. We were sad to check out, but even that process was seamless. For us it was a perfect place that I would go to again without a moment of hesitation. I happen to love Sacramento - lots of older neighborhoods with Victorian houses and the Capital of the 4th largest economy in the world. Proud of it! Keep in mind that there is a flight of stairs to the apartment.

Visited Sacramento for the first time from Los Angeles area. I didn't know anything about the neighborhoods of Sacramento or how to navigate but I was very lucky to find this apartment walking distance to the cute mid-town restaurants. It's a 10 minute walk to most and a 20 minute drive to parking areas of the Capitol Mall and Old Town Sacramento. The apartment was clean and beds are comfortable. Property Management communicates quickly. Thank you!(if I had to say anything negative, it would be that the parking in the back is tight and we ended up parking on the street every day - not a deal breaker at all, as there is plenty of street parking)

Girl’s Weekend

The first impression of this apartment is that everything is cozy and comfortable. Sit in the armchair in the living room! I promise, it’s way more comfortable than it looks! The bedrooms have a/c and overhead fans keeping the air cool and fresh. It may have been raining outside but indoors it was well lit and perfect for curling up with our books and a glass of wine. A perfect weekend away from home and work!

Quiet walkable neighborhood

Stayed here to be near East Sac and it was a great walkable location. House was clean and very comfortable. Parking was never a problem either. Easy walk up style and nice it was secured too.

Midtown is a fine location

Nicely refurbished spaces, with the two bedrooms well isolated from each other. Great location -- many interesting restaurants within waling distance.Parking spot useful, though a bit constrained.Communication with realtor/owner inconsistent -- not quite enough prior to the rather cumbersome (for me) registration, and plenty during our stay.

Functional space

The apartment is one of four units. The unit has many modern upgrades, and is a decent space to work as a base during a Sacramento visit. There are many good food options nearby, but some basic kitchen prep and serving utensils are provided.

Perfect Location and Lovely Stay

My son and I needed a place to stay while visiting family in Sacramento. This property was in a perfect location for our needs. It has great amenities, two bedrooms, and we liked being on the second floor. The back parking lot was a little tight, but we made it work. Had to park on the street once due to crowded situation, but the neighborhood is safe.
