This 1 bed, 1 bath condo in Downtown Denver has stunning views of the city being on the 7th floor and through it's floor to ceiling windows. The Glass House has a pool deck, which includes plenty of outdoor seating, a fire pit, and shared BBQ grills. Inside the condo, you'll find a kitchen full of everything needed to cook your favorite meal.

The building has an amazing 6000 sq ft 2-story gym with plenty of cardio machines, a weight room, a spinning room, and a yoga room. **The rental comes with one space in the parking garage.

Coffee lovers will love the free, 24/7 coffee machines located a few steps from the condo (3 machines - espresso/cappuccino). This is available any time of the day for FREE!

The amenities included are endless and include: 24hr concierge, pool w/ city skyline views, gym/fitness center & even free breakfast on the weekends! Easy walk to Union Station, Pepsi Center, Coors Field, Mile Hi, dog park, and all that the city has to offer! Luxury downtown living at its finest! Small dogs considered. Furnished option available.

VRC provided an amazingly clean and well appointed home for our stay. Communication was great and directions were clear. The building is fantastic with assigned covered parking, coffee service, and a huge gym. The location is super walkable too. However, when you check in be sure to state VRC & unit # as guest name was not on the key envelope left with security.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo in excellent location with ability to walk to everything including parks, river walk, stadiums and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained with responsive host. Building with 8th floor pool and in house fitness center. Highly recommend!
