This designer-owned retreat is a feast for the eyes, adorned with furnishings that invite you to come, stay, and savor. Imagine yourself on the expansive front porch, rocking gently or swinging as you sip your morning coffee and observe the local birds. The property boasts stunning landscaping and a level driveway for easy access. But that's just the beginning of its allure. Located in the "perfect spot" for ski enthusiasts, Snow Summit is a mile away and just a stroll to Big Bear Village!
Kitchen: Discover our fully stocked country kitchen that awaits with sleek stainless-steel appliances. A delightful dining area is ready for your culinary pleasures, complemented by excellent cookware and dishware. Enjoy a drip coffee maker or even a French press for the coffee lovers, with coffee provided.
Living Room: Step through the entrance to discover a living room adorned with plush sofas and chairs, draped with soft, furry throws perfect for cozying up on chilly winter evenings by the crackling wood-burning fireplace. A large Smart TV is available for streaming and cable viewing, with a dedicated corner for game and puzzle enthusiasts and a sound bar to set the mood.
Primary Bedroom: Head to the expansive primary bedroom, which is newly furnished, featuring a stunning four-poster bed, a dresser, and luxurious, high-end bedding atop an adjustable eastern king bed. A flat-screen TV with streaming and cable options enhances the room.
Bedroom Two: The second bedroom is equally elegant, with twin beds dressed in premium bedding and a flat-screen TV with streaming and cable services. Additional twin roll out bed in the closet.
Outdoor Space: The backyard is a breathtaking park-like expanse with a lush grass lawn, completely enclosed by fencing and dotted with trees. A hammock invites leisurely naps, while a propane fire pit and Adirondack chairs set the stage for s'mores under the stars. The large deck offers a dining area beneath a pergola, ideal for al fresco meals amidst the foliage, and a BBQ grill for outdoor culinary adventures. At the lawn's edge, a barn game room beckons with ping pong tables and cornhole for endless fun.

Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY OF BIG BEAR which requires property management companies to notify all guests with agreement to comply. The City OF BIG BEAR requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the app of your Governmental ID that matches the name of
(1) Maximum vehicles permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.
(2) Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
(3) Excessive noise or loud music is prohibited by the city for the consideration of the residents of Big Bear. The city enforces quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call, plus $100 fine for the violation.
(4) Dishes- All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law.
(5) Trash- All trash must be removed offsite to the free trash sites. Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen, or outside is subject to a $25 per bag of trash left in the fridge, in kitchen or onsite anywhere - this is the law and we must abide by it
(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please clean the BBQ after use. If by chance the propane runs out, please let us know and we will send someone to replace it. Please make sure all propane is turned off after use. Big Bear does not allow the use of charcoal of lighter fluid.
(7) Pet- The home is strictly not pet friendly. Any violation is subject to eviction and a $3500 fine plus damages to the home will be charged.
(8) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.
(9) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages
(10) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home.
(11) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQ's, Firepits and or outside cooking devices due to the fire safety hazards.
(12) Due to the mountain location, Big Bear and the surrounding areas are known to have occasional power and internet outages due to circumstances beyond our control. Power outages are usually brief, lasting a few hours or less and the city always tries to work quickly to get it back up and running. There are no refunds at anytime for power or internet outages due to normal mountain conditions, as these are beyond our control.
Please keep in mind you must be 25 years old to book.
