Charming 2bd/2ba cottage close to Downtown and the Smokies
Home away from home, we are set up for short or longer stays in a private, wooded setting less than 10 minutes from Downtown restaurants, theaters, art, Universities, and outdoor activities.
Stocked pantry with loads of spices and cooking supplies. You'll have everything you need to cook, do laundry, and get cozy. Enjoy hiking and biking? Get super local on the Greenway, Ijams Nature Center, Urban Wilderness, Baker Creek, Golf, The Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge. No pets, thanks! Your stay will be convenient and relaxing. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out.
The home is equipped with everything you need for longer stays. We have a washer/dryer, coffee maker, french press, crock pot, full oven, toaster oven, microwave, water boiler, Brita filter, and loads of cookwear. Plus, super fast fiber internet! And, we updated the fridge so there is a proper freezer and room for ice cream or pizzas!
Main Bdr features new King bed, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, blinds and full privt bathroom w/ shwr. 2nd Bedr. with a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, closet and full priv. bathroom w shower. + Kitchen appliances, W/D, WIFI, Desk, Keyless ent.
