Come stay in my brand new furnished, completely fenced-in 3 bed/2 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is just a 3-minute drive from downtown Knoxville and is conveniently close to all the best restaurants and shops downtown Knoxville has to offer! The house's location also makes it an ideal home base for trips to UT football/basketball games, UT graduation/special events, the Old City, Suttree Landing Park, and Ijamâs natural center.
The space:
-New flooring update! We recently updated our flooring.
-The entire home consists of the following: kitchen, dining room, living room(high chair access), a private bathroom, patio, and a hot tub
Special features:
-Spacious living room with a 60-inch TV with fast internet
-A nice cozy indoor fireplace
-Comfy living room coaches
-New water heater
-New AC/Heating unit
-All-season hot tub âšïž
Guest access:
Guest will have the entire space
Other things to note:

đ¶đ±Pets are welcome, but pets are NOT allowed on the sofas, beds, and in the hot tub.
đđ Our standard pet rate is $10 per pet/night, though the fee (discount) may vary based on the nightly rate or the duration of your stay.
