Overall excellent property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Knoxville. The house was conveniently located for our family trip. The only mishap that occurred during our stay was the tankless water quit working and I had to manually reset it. Unfortunately I had a couple of cold showers which were not pleasant but once I figured out what the problem was the issue was resolved. I can attest Pedro was quick to respond and very accommodating. Thank youHector

The property pictures listed are EXACTLY what the house looks like. The cleanliness of this house was immaculate. Check-in/out was seamless. No issues at all. Bonus… it has a Keurig! Ample parking and the neighborhood was safe enough for us to walk our fur baby without issues. Recommend 10/10

Property is very beautiful, seems quite new. The listing wasn't clear that this is the upstairs property, not that it was an issue. There is some mildew on the deck handrails, stairs and concrete under the deck. It didn't affect our stay much, just icky to look at.

The house was beautiful and super clean. The pictures do not do it justice. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and after dinner drinks. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in before 4pm. We would highly recommend this home.

Best Experu

From the moment that I booked the house, the owner was very attentive to our request, and answered any questions that we had. The house is absolutely gorgeous inside, and our stay. There was just as cozy there as in our own house.

Convenient and Cozy

We had an amazing stay, close and convenient to Knoxville. This house was perfect! Spacious rooms and bathrooms. My teens loved being able to Bluetooth into the built-in speakers in each room. Nice outdoor space with grill and carport. Beds were comfortable too!

Baseball Showcase

We had to find somewhere in Knoxville close to UT for our son’s baseball showcase. We loved the simplicity of the house and how modern everything was. The house was clean and well-decorated and situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Will definitely book again if in the area.
