New construction with vintage farmhouse appeal, this upscale downtown home captures both casual country living and urban convenience. Park the car--you'll be walking to everything that America's 'Best Small Town' has to offer: restaurants, live entertainment, boutique shopping, antique stores, the restored Franklin Theater, historic churches, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, civil war tours and more--steps away!

When not out exploring, you'll love this home's mix of modern amenities and tasteful touches like reclaimed wood, sliding barn doors, and subway tile. Downstairs features a large living area with high ceilings and a big screen TV, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, dining room, powder room, and a private backyard patio with grill. Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms: one master suite with a king bed and private bathroom, two bedrooms with king beds and a shared full bathroom. There is a small laundry room with stackable washer and dryer, and a work station. Each bedroom includes a spacious closet and smart TV. Hardwood floors throughout.

We are also just 25-30 minutes from dowtown Nashville or the airport.

This property was clean, well equipped and in a perfect location to enjoy everything in Franklin. Main street was easily accessible by foot and we enjoyed several easy walks into downtown Franklin for shopping, wondering and meals. Karen was responsive and answered my questions quickly. We had the best time!

The property was beautiful, clean and in the perfect location. We had everything we needed, and the host was wonderful. She checked in on us twice to make sure construction in the area was not disturbing us. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

Perfect Location

This home was perfect for our ladies getaway weekend to celebrate my sister in law’s 65th birthday. The house was immaculate, well stocked and so convenient to everything downtown. The beds were so comfy!! We would definitely stay here again.

This townhouse was exactly as described and made a fantastic home base for us as we explored Franklin and the surrounding Nashville area. Many choices for breakfast/dining within walking diatance of the property. Of note, there is construction across the street which starts promptly at 7am. Our group were early birds, so it didn't matter to us, but it might to others. Overall, this was a fantastic place and we'd stay again!

Great stay!

We stayed here for a few nights after wanting to explore Nashville- but not stay in the city. It was a gorgeous and spacious property. Location was great! Walkable to everything in-town.

Amazing stay in downtown Franklin

This place was 10/10. The home itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very functional for a family visit. The location is also phenomenal with all of Downtown Franklin within easy walking distance. This was the perfect home base for experiencing Franklin.

Very attractive home

Perfect location for a girls weekend provided they can all do lots of steps. All three of the very comfortable bedrooms are upstairs. The downstairs living areas are very attractive and well appointed. The town is very quaint and walkable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Christmas Stay-

we had a fantastic stay at this house! It was well equipped, a fantastic location, very clean and just delivered all the way around! The management team even put a Christmas Tree in the unit that made it feel more like home! Couldn’t recommend this unit any more! Fantastic! 5 stars across the board!

Girls Trip

This location was perfect for our girls trip. We enjoyed the amenities of the home, it was perfectly set up with plenty of space for 6 adults. The kitchen and living room area was a great space to be able to cook and visit during our stay. The location was also in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this home to others!

We absolutely loved this Franklin VRBO. The location was so convenient. You can easily walk to downtown Franklin. The place was spotless. Check-in was a breeze and the owner was very responsive. I hope to come back and stay here again. You don’t want to miss this one!

A beautiful home in a perfect location!

We were in Franklin for my father’s 100th birthday celebration. My siblings and I were delighted to stay in such a lovely and well-appointed home so close to downtown Franklin. We took an evening stroll every night and enjoyed the local restaurants, sights and other offerings of this lovely community. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Convenient

The entire experience was great. 2 blocks from Main street where you could shop, good restaurant selection, coffee shops, etc. The house was clean and no complaints of anything. Felt like being at home.

Beautiful Duplex

Went with friends for a girls’ trip. The duplex is gorgeous and extremely comfortable. It’s within easy and quick walking distance to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. Parking isn’t great if you have more than one car but parking is available on the street. Beds were very comfortable and it was great having 3 king beds. Will definitely recommend to friends! Karen, the property manager, is really good and responds very quickly,if needed.
