Situated on the first floor, you'll be just steps from an infinity pool with a breathtaking ocean view. Relax, BBQ and dine on the expansive terrace while watching the waves roll in. Inside, enjoy a large living and dining area designed for comfort and style, along with two en-suite bedrooms that provide privacy and relaxation.
This secure, 24/7 guarded complex includes private parking, giving you peace of mind during your stay. Step outside, and youâre within walking distance of Tamarindoâs best restaurants, amenities, and a local supermarket, all surrounded by high-end homes, lush nature, and abundant wildlife.
The quiet Langosta neighborhood boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the region, with tide pooling right in front of the condo. Whether you're exploring the nearby beach, enjoying local dining, or simply relaxing on your terrace, this condo is an ideal retreat for an unforgettable stay.
Although everything is in walkable distance (20 min walk to Tamarindo centre), a car, golf cart, or bike rental will allow you to explore the area with ease â you never know when you might have an impromptu shopping spree! Please contact us for reservations.

âąâ â Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night's rate.
âąâ â Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
âąâ â In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
