Coconut Beach - Ett fantastiskt läge vid stranden

Coconut Beach är ett underbart nytt hus färdigt 2017. Däck ser ner på Harbour Island Pink Sand Beach och ut mot rev som skyddar denna underbar strand från bränningen. Vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket har fantastisk utsikt över däck, strand och hav. Täckta verandor gör det möjligt att njuta av utsikten medan den skyddas mot solen. Stranden är en kort promenad (50 fot eller så) från verandan. Två sovrum har vart och ett eget badkar med både badkar, dusch och utomhusdusch. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng. Det andra sovrummet har fyra enkelsängar. Uppsättningen är perfekt för en familj.

Incredible Experience

From the moment we booked this house the experience has been outstanding. The owners and their team were prompt and thorough in their communications. They arranged airport and island transportation, which was very convenient. The house was lovely, fitted out with everything we needed for the week except perishables. We had the beach almost entirely to ourselves the entire length of our stay and loved waking up to the beautiful ocean views each morning. We will absolutely rent this property again.

Amazing Beachfront Getaway

Coconut Beach is an amazing getaway. The views from the house are absolutely incredible and the beachfront is immediately accessible from the covered porch. (which is also a delightful hang out spot) The house itself is new, beautifully finished and totally equipped for enjoying a carefree holiday. The landscaping and estate setting will not disappoint. Lastly - the hospitality of the owners is unrivaled in my experience renting luxury homes across the globe. Attention to detail and to the comfort of their guests is paramount for Mark and Diane and for their on-site property management team. I highly recommend Coconut Beach for a serene vacation you will never forget.

This property is the best of the best!!!

Look no further! Coconut beach is the home you are looking for!!! As return visitors to Harbour Island we have stayed in many homes in different areas of the island and this home went beyond checking all of the boxes. Brand new, carefully designed with the incredible landscape in mind, all the amenities you can think of... and more! ( We didn’t even have to buy aluminum foil or spices the home had EVERYTHING!! Even bug spray and sunscreen if you needed it!) as a family with 4 children, we really appreciated the brand new top of the line washer and dryer... (NO brown stains on our pretty new vacation clothes caused by old pipes- that happens on the island). The state of the art chef’s kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING you need to have a grand party or stay in and cook. We especially enjoyed the options made available with several different coffee machines to suit our fancy! This home has beautiful interiors, very high end bedding and pillows, and gorgeous clean bathrooms, with two spacey private outdoor showers! But the VIEWS are worth the price!!! Wall to wall french doors display the panoramic view of the gorgeous turquoise water and pink sand from the living room and the master. Perfect for watching the sunrise from your bed or the expansive front porch in relaxing lounge chairs. Do yourself a favor, and book this amazing beach home. You won’t regret it!!! We certainly will be back!

Another perfect week!

Coconut Beach is magical. From the moment the sun rises to evenings watching the stars while listening to the waves, we had a wonderful experience. Alicia and her team are superb at keeping guests happy and well-taken care of. And the house itself is perfectly designed (and decorated!), has a million little details to make guests’ stays easy and is pristinely maintained. We can’t wait to come back.

Heaven on Earth

This is the kind of review that you don't want people to read ... because it's so good that I'm afraid the property will always be booked when we want to come back! This is an absolutely sublime, beautifully decorated and immaculate beach getaway house. We and our 2 boys spent a glorious 9 days here and could have stayed forever. The owners are absolute loves and the caretakers gracious and accommodating. It simply doesn't get better. It's our happy place. Thank you!!

Wonderful home

Wonderful home and a great place to stay on Harbour Island. You can eat every meal in town if you want or you can eat some meals at the house as well. The house is stocked with every item that you would need. House is on the private north end and most days, you have a mile of beach to yourself.

Luxurious Beach House

Coconut Beach is an amazing house on one of the nicest beaches we have ever visited. It was perfect for our family of 4 who appreciated the beautiful views while cooking in the well equipped chef's kitchen each day. From the linens, to the decor and furnishings, we enjoyed everything about this home. For those who like snorkeling, the reefs just off the beach are great. It's a nice walk (about a mile) to the resorts where you can have a great meal or just drinks overlooking the ocean. Thanks Alicia for setting up Taxi Fine Threads, the boat captains and golf cart, making arrival and departure a breeze. We'll be back someday! ~ The Keatings

Absolutely Amazing!

Amazing home in a one-of-a-kind location. The home was immaculate upon arrival and had all the amenities we needed. No detail was overlooked. Ocean view from the house was amazing and the beach was one of the nicest I've seen. Private location but can conveniently walk or take a golf cart to restaurants and resorts. Great place!

Incredible!!!!!

Stunning views, exquisitely decorated and appointed accommodations, it doesn't get any better than this. The owners are from Arkansas and lets just say they know something about hospitality. Run, don't walk to book this spot.....you'll go back for more!!!

The perfect beachfront house for a family vacation

This was my family's first time to Harbour Island and Coconut Ranch was the perfect beach house for us. The layout is highlighted with amazing views of the ocean from the great room and master bedroom. The outdoor showers off both the master and kid's room made it easy to shower off after a day at the beach. The house was stocked with all amenities you would expect in a luxury beach house...and plenty of extras. With Pink Sand Beach and the turquoise sea right in front of you, lounging on the elevated deck was a pleasure. The house is in the private and secluded area known as The Narrows where homes are on estate-sized lots, so we had the privacy and seclusion we were looking for, and just a few minutes drive to Dunmore Town for shopping at boutiques and lunch or dinner at exceptional restaurants. The owners and the property manager, Alicia, and her team were fantastic to work with. Overall, this is the Harbour Island beachhouse for the family with decerning taste.

Perfect house in the most unbelievable location

Words can't express how blown away we were by this rental - a huge house 30ft above such a beautiful and secluded beach. The decor in the house is as beautiful as the sunrises we watched from the huge balcony, everything inside is brand new and beautifully designed. All of the windows are mirrored glass, so you feel completely private yet still have unbeatable views. The private palapa on the beach was a really nice touch, you can sit on the beach in the shade all day if you want! The multitude of shower choices was impressive - huge bath, inside shower or outside shower under a coconut tree, and there's two of each! We've also stayed at their sister property across the road, Coconut Ranch which is also amazing, I can't recommend these properties enough, we'll definitely be booking both again in the future!
