Thank you for your input. I am sorry that the stairs caught you by surprise, as we clearly indicate the number of living levels in the description of this property. As you know from my reply to your request, I tried hard to accommodate your ask for a later stay--received less than 24 hours before check-out--but the housekeeping service had the property scheduled for cleaning at the standard check-out time and they were unable to change their plan, as this is a very busy time for them. I trust that you enjoyed the beach and the view and were able to enjoy exploring Harbor Springs and the surrounding area.

Thank you for your feedback. After 58 other reviews, including 53 5-star and five 4-star reviews, we have to admit we were very surprised by this response. We will take the adjective "functional" for the win, but we question why this condo with three floors of living space has "tight quarters," especially as your review indicated "listing accuracy" as one of the property's strengths. We work hard to make our listing best reflect what works for our guests, with clear descriptions of bed sizes, the six-seat dining table plus a three-bar stool area for dining, and the two bathrooms featuring one bath with a tub/shower, and a second bath with a shower only. We are glad you ranked the unit high for cleanliness, location, check-in and communication.

Reunions can be both fun and exhausting! We are glad you had a quiet place for moments of solitude. Thanks for staying at Cedar Cove #5!

I wish we could claim that we put in the sky and the beach just for our guests, but they are part of the magic everyone shares Up North. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay, and we hope you return soon.
